【摘要】 多元的社会结构和利益主体,需要人们以合作的思维谋求社会的共同发展。然而,一直以来,非营利组织都以被政府管制的对象出现,而不是以合作的态度一起解决面临的各种社会问题,造成了非营利组织主体意识的薄弱和能力,资源的欠缺,尤其是资金缺乏更使非营利组织的发展受到极大的限制,难以承担政府转移出去的社会职能和自身的使命,为此,提高非营利组织的筹资能力,是一项急待解决的任务。非营利组织筹资是指非营利组织利用各方面的资源有效地开展筹资,以达到和完成组织的使命。事实证明非营利组织资源获取的能力和其所拥有的社会资本密切相关。因而,要增强非营利组织的资源获取能力,从社会资本的视角来看,就必须争取政府、企业的支持与合作,提高社会公信力,加强同民众、志愿者的交流,提供优质的产品和服务。本文选取珠三角农民工维权非营利组织-S工友热线为个案,深入分析其所拥有的社会资本及资源现状,并从社会资本的角度对此提出相关的建议,以解决目前组织的资源匮乏问题,希望对同类性质的非营利组织的运作有所借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Common development needs cooperation thinking,especially in this diverse structure and benefits corpus sociality.However,NPO always be seem as the controlled object by government,rather than with the attitude for resolving various social problem cooperatly,which resulting NPO’s corpus realize and ability weakly. Particularly,NPO’s development is tremendous restriction by fund lacking,which hard to undertake the social working talent which government transferring.So,it is a critical mission to raising the money raising ability of NPO.The NPO’s money raising means NPO make use of resources to achieve the aim and mission of themselves.The fact proved that the resources gain ability is closely related to social capital.Therefore,In order to strengthen Non-profit organization’s resources gaining ability,from the view of social capital,we must strive for the government and enterprise’s support and the cooperation,improve the social credibility with the public,strengthens strengthen communication with the populace, and the volunteer,provides the high quality product and the service.This article selects a peasant laborer Uygur power Non-profit organization which in Zhujiang Delta region named S co-worker hot line for example,analyzes its present social capital and the resources thoroughly,and proposed some the related suggestions,from social capital’s view,to solve the organization’s resources deficient problem presently, and aslo hoped that it can give a reference to the similar nature’s Non-profit organization’s operation.更多还原
