用于体能训练的心率及血氧含量实时监测系统研究

Study on the System for Real Timely Detecting Heart Rate and the Blood Oxygenation Content in Physical Training

【摘要】 对人体血氧含量及心率的监测是运动医学的一个重要课题。在红光和近红外光谱区中,生物组织的某些不同成分对光的吸收和散射表现出不同的特性。利用生物组织的光学特性进行参数测量,特别是无创测量在生物医学领域中有着极其广泛的应用前景。论文在论述了透射式血氧饱和度测定原理—Lambert-Beer定律及其方法,研究了组织中各成分对应不同波长光的吸收系数差异,推导出了氧合血红蛋白、还原血红蛋白浓度变化量与吸光度变化量之间的数学关系,并以此为依据进行监测系统的设计。在硬件设计上:(1)采用光的调制技术消除背景光的干扰,同时也抑制系统的固有噪声。(2)应用集成化的光电传感器来实现对微弱的脉搏信号的采集。(3)应用精密运算放大器,来对传感器输出的信号进行控制放大。(4)用单片机来控制其内部集成的A/D转换器对传感器输出的电压信号进行从模拟信号到数字信号的转换。(5)完成了串口设计,实现装置与PC机之间的数据通信功能。软件设计以VC++语言为平台,进行模块化程序设计,设计了血氧饱和度和心率的算法,液晶显示等模块。在PC机上对接收到的数据进行数字滤波处理,还原出人体的脉搏波形图,并在PC机上实现实时显示。最终研制出一个电路结构简单、可靠性好、抗干扰能力强、模块化,小型和低功耗的优质血氧检测模块,为体育科研、运动训练提供一种新型监测技术手段,使其能方便而且实时测量人体的运动机能参数。

【Abstract】 Blood oxygenation content and heart rate monitor is an important subject in Sports Medicine.In the Red Light and Near Infrared Spectroscopy,the different ingredient of biological tissue show various characteristics on the light absorption and scattering.Making good use of the optical properties of biological tissue has an extensive application prospect.The paper discusses the law and the methods of the measuring principle on Transmission-Mode blood oxygenation saturation.The disparity of the Absorption coefficient of different wave length in tissues was studied in this paper.It also deduces the mathematical relationship between the variable quantity of the concentration of oxyhemogiobin and deoxygenated hemoglobin and the variable quantity of absorbance.On basis of the relationship, we design the monitoring system.On the design of hardware:(1) take the modulation technique of light to eliminate the interference from the background light,meanwhile to control the inherent noise from system.(2) apply the integrated photoelectric sensor to collect the weak pulse signal.(3) use an accurate-calculation amplifier to amplify the signal from the sensor.(4) use the MCU to control the Voltage signal output from the internal integration A/D converter to sensor,Which transform digital signal to analog signal.(5) complete the serial port design,achieve the function of digital communication between equipment and PC device,the software designed on basis of language VC++,carring out the design of modularized programs,which design the algorithm of blood oxygen saturation and heart rate,as well as the mode of LCD.Deal with the received data by digital filter,reducing the pulse rate oscillogram and then display in real time on PC.At last,we aim to design a small-size high quality blood oxygen monitoring mode with the characteristic of simple circuit structure,reliability,modularization,and low-power consumption.This mode can provide sports scientific research and sports training with a new-type monitoring methods,it can realtimely and conveniently measure the parameters of people’s sports function.
