双离合器变速器控制系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 双离合器变速器(Double Clutch Transmission,DCT)作为一种新型的变速器传递方式,是变速器行业研究的热点。它既具有手动变速器(Mechanical Transmission,MT)和电控机械式自动变速器(Automatic Mechanical Transmission,AMT)传动效率高、结构简单、制造成本低等优点,又克服了MT和AMT换档动力中断的缺陷,可实现无动力中断换档,具有良好的舒适性。因此,DCT是汽车自动变速器发展的新方向。目前许多国家都在花大力气研究DCT技术,但拥有DCT技术的只有美国和德国的少数几家企业。我国部分企业和高校也开始了DCT技术的研究,但大多数只是进行软件仿真。由于DCT技术起步较晚,还没有形成较完整的DCT自动操纵理论,特别是在控制目标和控制策略方面,缺乏系统研究。因此,有必要对DCT的关键技术—双离合器控制系统,进行设计与试验研究,为开发具有自主知识产权的DCT控制系统,打破国外的技术垄断,掌握核心技术打下基础。本论文课题在分析国内外DCT技术的研究现状,借鉴现有DCT控制系统的基础上,开发了以TMS320F2812 DSP为主控芯片、以PIC单片机为辅助芯片的双离合器变速器控制系统。控制系统采集并处理DCT控制系统的多个传感器信号,按照相应的换档策略,实现对DCT换档过程中各控制对象(发动机、双离合器、选换档机构)的准确控制,使DCT在换档策略的控制下正确无误的换档,尽量减少换档时间、减少双离合器的磨损和相互干涉以及换档冲击。同时,该控制系统也具有一定的故障处理能力和友好的人机界面,并具有与汽车上其他部分(如:发动机控制单元、变速箱控制单元等)进行通信的功能。另外,该系统能保证电机高达40A的瞬时驱动电流,并解决了大电流下的发热和干扰问题。系统硬件包括:模拟量和数字量输入部分、DSP控制部分、液晶显示部分、CAN总线通讯和SCI串口通信部分以及电机驱动部分。软件设计完成了DSP和PIC数据采集处理设计及电机故障保护设计。试验表明:该DCT控制系统能够对输入模拟量和数字量进行快速、高精度地采集,并实现SCI和CAN通信;电机驱动部分通过对四个电机(选档执行电机、换档执行电机和两个离合器电机)的正确控制,实现正确无误的换档操作,能正确识别电机故障并进行相应的保护。

【Abstract】 Double Clutch Transmission(DCT) as a new kind Transmission,is hot researched now.DCT has some advantages,such as high transmission efficiency,simple structure and low cost,which Mechanical Transmission(MT) and Automatic Mechanical Transmission(AMT) also have.Meantime,DCT needn’t to break power transmission when shift just as AT and AMT do,so it improve the shift comfortableness.DCT has become the new direction for vehicle automatic transmission.Now only few companies of USA and Germany have DCT,although many countries are researched it.Some companies and universities is aslo studing DCT in china,but many are only sofeware simulation.DCT is a new kind transmission,so it has no complete automatic control theory,especialliy has less research of control objectives and control strategy.So it’s necessary to design and research DCT control system,which is the key technology of DCT.If we can invent DCT by ourselves,then we can own the key technology and break the monopoly of foreign technology.The paper analyse the research status quo of DCT firstly,then design a DCT control system. TMS320F2812 DSP is the control core of the DCT control system and PIC single-chips as auxiliary chip are used aslo.The control system gather and deal with the sensors’ signal firstly,then judge whether need to shift,if need,the system control motor finish shift in accordance with the shift strategy.In the shiftting process,the control system must control others accurately such as the engine, the double clutch and so on.DCT can finish shift correctly,shorten shift time,reduce wear, prevent mutual interference of the double clutch and reduce shift impact.The system also has some fault handling capacity and friendly man-machine interface.The system can communicate with other systems such as engine control unit(ECU),Transmission control unit(TCU) and so on and it can supply high-current for motor,also solve the high-current fever and interference.The system’s hardware include analog and digital signal input,DSP core,LCD display, CAN-bus,SCI and motor drive.The system’s software include two parts,one is data gather and process based on DSP and PIC,the other is motor dirve protect.Experiments show that the DCT control system can gather the input signal fastly and high-precisely,it can communicate with PC and other systems by SCI and CAN.The system can ensure correctly shift by control the four motor accurately and it can identify the motors fault and protect them.
