船舶推进轴系振动与功率测量分析研究

【摘要】 随着我国造船工业的迅速发展,对船舶进行相关检验也势在必行,它对船舶能否安全、可靠的工作有着非常重要的意义。科技的进步也推动了测试技术的发展。船舶推进轴系是船舶动力装置的重要组成部分,包括从主机输出端推力轴承一直到螺旋桨之间的传动轴以及轴上的附件。船舶轴系主要功能是,将船舶主机发出的功率传递给螺旋桨,使螺旋桨产生转动,同时又将螺旋桨旋转时产生的推力传给船体,推动船舶航行。本文主要对船舶推进轴系的振动与功率测量进行相关研究,因为轴功率测试为检验船舶动力性能是否达到设计要求提供重要依据。而振动更是一个普遍存在的问题,它直接影响到船舶的安全性和可靠性,因此对船舶推进轴系的轴功率和轴系振动的测量具有十分重要的意义。论文在研究了动力机械测试技术、信号分析与处理技术、通信技术以及编程技术等理论的基础上,在必要的硬件支持下,开发出一套船舶推进轴系振动与功率测量系统,对轴功率、轴系纵向振动、回旋振动以及轴心轨迹进行测量。整个系统由硬件和软件两部分组成。硬件合理选型或设计是提高测试系统精度和工作可靠性的基础和保障。硬件部分包括:应变片、遥测扭矩仪、串口联网服务器、转标、转速表、电涡流传感器、数据采集卡以及手提电脑等。软件部分由VB.NET编写,并使用了相关的控件进行支持,以完善软件功能,简化编程过程,软件部分主要实现信号的采集、分析处理、数据显示、打印报表和数据保存等功能。此外,本文通过实船测试,用传统的钢弦测功仪以及ZDCL-IV轴系振动测量仪同本文所开发的船舶推进轴系振动与功率测量系统进行比较,以验证该系统的可靠性和稳定性。

【Abstract】 With developing of the shipping industry of our country,it is very important to test the ship’s performance,because it’s a signifance to ship’s salty and reliability.The development of science makes the technology of measurement progress.Shipping shaft is a very important part of marine ship.Its function is transforming the power from diesel engine to propeller,making propeller roll.In this paper,the measurement of shipping shaft power and vibration system have been developed.Because testing shaft power will provide important evidence to verify the performance of shipping power plant.In addition,shipping shaft’s vibration is also a universal problem.This problem can influent ship’s safty and reliability.So it’s a great significance to measure the vibration and power of the shipping shaft.This paper research the techology of power mechenism,analyzing signal, communication and programm technich.With the support of some hardware,have developed a measurement of shipping shaft power system.This system can test the the shipping shaft’s power,axial vibration,whirling vibration and the orbit of shaft center-line.The whole system include the part of hardware and software.Chosing and designing the hardware properly is the basis of improving precision and reliabity.The hardware include:strain gauge,remote torque meter,advanced serial device servers,rotational speed meter,displacement meter,data acquisition card and notebook.The software had been programmed by VB.NET,otherwise,using correlative widget to reform its performance and make the process of programming easily.The software have the performance of signal acquisition,data analysis and disposal,data diplaying,report printing and data saving.In addition,this paper also measured the shipping shaft’s power,axial vibration,whirling vibration,and orbit of shaft center-line in some practical boats.Compared the result with other measuring systems to validate shipping shaft have been designed stability and reliability.
