基于光纤光栅传感的翻车机健康监测与诊断系统研究

【摘要】 翻车机是一种非常专业化的散状物料卸料系统,它用于火车装载的散状物料的翻卸,对其运行状态监测与故障诊断已成为热点课题。遵循“以先进的预知维护取代以时间为基础的预防性维护”的现代维修理念,为了实现预知维护,使翻车机能够长期安全稳定运转,研究其在线健康状况监测与评价系统势在必行。健康监测评价技术涉及到测试技术、分析技术、信息技术及人工智能等领域,是学科交叉的综合性系统工程,直接全面地反映了一个国家的翻车机制造与管理维护水平。由于测试技术条件的局限性,以前主要采用电阻应变计、振弦式传感器和电磁类测试技术,难以实现翻车机结构受力状况的长期可靠监测和实时动态数据采集以及准确定位故障。自1989年Morey首次提到将光纤光栅用作传感以来,光纤光栅传感器受到了世界范围内的广泛重视。光纤光栅传感器的出现,使大型结构在线健康监测成为可能。本文对光纤光栅传感技术的发展和现状进行了研究,运用光纤光栅应力传感器、光纤光栅解调仪,结合翻车机相关专家知识,提出了基于光纤光栅传感的翻车机在线监测的一种设计方法,分析了翻车机专家知识建立知识库和相关推理机制,研究了翻车机健康状况的分析方法。本文研究要点包括:(1)研究了光纤光栅传感的发展现状,结合翻车机监测的要求,研究了光纤光栅传感、解调、传感网络原理。(2)研究翻车机及其结构件的金属特性,分析了翻车机金属结构件失效的现象及其影响因素。(3)根据翻车机关键点不同,设计了翻车机光纤光栅传感器布点方案。(4)利用翻车机专家知识,建立了知识规则及推理流程,实现了异常监测数据的推理分析,为翻车机维修提供决策支持。

【Abstract】 Rotary Dump is a very specialized bulk material discharge system, which used to train loaded with the bulk material over disposal of its operation status monitoring and fault diagnosis has become a hot topic. Follow the "advanced predictive maintenance to replace the time-based preventive maintenance," repair of modern philosophy, in order to achieve predictive maintenance to be able to overturn the long-term security and stability of machine operation, study the health status of its online monitoring and evaluation system is imperative.Health monitoring and evaluation techniques related to testing technology, analysis technology, information technology and artificial intelligence fields are interdisciplinary integrated systems engineering, directly and fully reflected the Rotary Dump of a country to safeguard the level of manufacturing and management. Conditions because of the limitations of testing technology, mainly using resistance strain gauges, vibrating wire sensors and electromagnetic type of testing technology, it is difficult to achieve Rotary Dump force the state of the structure of a long-term reliable monitoring and real-time dynamic data acquisition and accurate fault location.Morey first time since 1989 referred to the fiber grating used as a sensor, the fiber grating sensor has been extensive attention worldwide. The emergence of fiber grating sensor, so that large-scale structure of online health monitoring possible.In this paper, Fiber Bragg Grating sensor technology development and current status of research, stress the use of fiber Bragg grating sensors, fiber Bragg grating demodulator device, combined with relevant experts Rotary Dump knowledge, based on Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor Rotary Dump-line monitoring of a design method of analysis of expert knowledge Rotary Dump set up the knowledge base and reasoning mechanism relevant to study the health status of Rotary Dump analytical methods. In this paper the main points include:(1) Studies the development of fiber Bragg grating sensing the status quo, combined with monitoring requirements Rotary Dump to study the fiber grating sensor, demodulation, the principle of sensor networks.(2) Studies Rotary Dump and structural properties of the metals analyzed Rotary Dump metal structure of the phenomenon of failure and its influencing factors.(3) According to the different key points Rotary Dump, designs fiber grating sensor points program.(4) Uses Rotary Dump Knowledge, sets up knowledge rules and reasoning processes, implements of the abnormal reasoning analysis of monitoring data for the Rotary Dump machine maintenance decision support.
