【摘要】 协同商务是电子商务发展的最高阶段,其本质就是资源优化的过程。流程制造行业具有产品固定、供应商与销售商都是紧耦合关系的特点,其实施协同商务实际上就是产品商务活动的协同。本文研究了面向流程制造行业的协同商务模型及体系,分析了协同商务系统环境,建立了基于多视图的协同商务主体模型和基于成熟度模型的流程型企业模型,设计了基于SOA的协同商务集成平台和基于成熟度模型的企业级协同商务系统,阐述了构建协同商务集成平台的关键技术,开发了协同商务集成平台,并在企业中顺利实施。首先,针对流程制造行业环境下的协同商务主体环境和流程型企业特性进行了分析,从功能视图、工作流视图、组织视图和资源视图分别建立了模型,为了确定流程型企业参与协同商务的角色和方式,建立了五级的成熟度模型,并阐述了模型的指标、计算方式和结构。其次,采用基于服务的架构设计了协同商务集成平台,从层次模式、结构模式和物理布局三个方面对平台进行了说明,针对成熟度模型中的五个级别的企业,分别设计了不同等级的模型。然后,针对构建协同商务集成平台的众多技术,本文提出了采用分布式计算技术、工作流技术和集成技术三项关键技术,对基于EJB—CORBA和Web Service的分布式计算进行了阐述,认为二者的结合是最佳选择;设计了平台的工作流引擎,并对其工作原理和过程进行了详细讨论;研究了流程型企业三层信息系统层间和层内的集成技术。研究工作丰富了协同商务的内涵。最后,本文以镇江市工业科技攻关项目“焦化协同商务集成平台的研究开发与示范应用”为工程背景,开发了协同商务集成平台,并在企业中进行了实施和应用,对本文提出的架构及关键技术进行了验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Collaborative commerce is the highest stage of the electronic commerce development,whose essence is the process of resource optimization.Process industry has the characteristics of fixed products and close coupling relationship of suppliers and sellers,so actualizing collaborative commerce is the process of collaboration among the productions commerce activites.The paper researches on collaborative commerce model and system oriented to process industry,analyzes the environment of the collaborative commerce,establishes the collaborative commerce principal model based on multiview and process enterprise model based on capability maturity model,designs collaborative commerce integrated platform based on SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)and enterprise collaborative commerce system based on capability maturity model,discusses the key technology of how to establish collaborative commerce integrated platform,develops collaborative commerce integrated platform and puts it into practice in the enterprise.First,analyzes the the environment of the collaborative commerce oriented to process industry and process enterprise characteristics,establishes models based on the function view, work flow view,organization view and resource view,for the sake of confirming role and pattern of process enterprise joining the collaborative commerce,sets up the five grades capability maturity model,and discusses the model index,model account form and model construction.Second,designs the collaborative commerce integrated platform based on the SOA,explains the integrated platform characteristics based on level pattern,configuration pattern and physical layout,in relation to the five grades capability maturity enterprise of the capability maturity model,respectively designs different level model.Third,aims at the numerous key technologies of establishing collaborative commerce integrated platform,brings forward the three key technologies including distributed computing technology,work flow technology and integrated technology,discusses the distributed computing technology based on EJB—CORBA and Web Service,and makes sure the combination of both is the best choice,designs the work flow engine of integrated platform,explains the basic principle and process of the model in detail,researches on the integrated technology of the process enterprise three-level information system.The research work has enriched the theory of collaborative commerce.Finally,the paper relies on the engineering background of the Zhenjiang industrial technology project,The research and development of Jiaohua collaborative commerce integrated platform,develops the collaborative commerce integrated platform,and puts it into practice in Jihaohua enterprise.So verifies the architecture and key technology this paper has brought forward.更多还原
