脱硫除雾器除雾性能研究

【摘要】 除雾器除雾效率偏低引起烟气-烟气换热器(GGH)堵塞是目前许多电厂脱硫系统运行中存在的问题。本文以神华广东国华粤电台山发电有限公司1号机组脱硫系统除雾器为研究对象,搭建了除雾器试验台,对脱硫除雾器性能进行了试验研究,提出了相应的优化方案。试验结果表明,通过优化除雾器的各个参数,如板型、板间距、烟气流速等可以有效的提高除雾器的除雾效率,从而在一定程度上缓解GGH的堵塞问题。文章的分析结果对脱硫除雾器的设计和制造以及对脱硫系统烟道的设计和布置有重要的参考价值和指导意义。

【Abstract】 Due the low demist efficiency,the Gas-Gas Heater(GGH) in the Wet Flue Gas Desulphurization system is often blocked by the accumulated gypsum slurry scale.An experiment system was built to study the demist character of the mist eliminator.The study demonstrated that the demist efficiency could be improved through the optimization of the parameters of the mist eliminator such as the vane space,the vane style,the flue gas velocity,thus the block of GGH would be alleviated.The study results can provide guidance to the design of the mist eliminator and the flue of the desulphurization system.
