全断面岩石掘进机盘形滚刀寿命预测及管理软件开发

【摘要】 全断面岩石掘进机在隧道(洞)施工中的应用越来越广泛,盘形滚刀是其施工中的易损件、消耗件,占其施工工程成本的比重较大。在已有全断面岩石掘进机盘形滚刀寿命管理理论及技术研究的基础上,分析了盘形滚刀破岩工作特点,探讨了对其寿命进行预测的理论和相应计算公式。结合秦岭隧道用TB880E型全断面岩石掘进机,建立了盘形滚刀寿命预测及管理模型,开发出了具有盘形滚刀刀位显示、破损刀具更换、换刀结果分析、数据库管理等相应功能的刀具管理分析软件。

【Abstract】 Full face rock tunnel boring machine(TBM) becomes more and more important in current tunnel construction.Disc cutters are the most serious weared and frequently changed parts,and have a big portion in construction cost.Based on the theoretical framework research on the management theory of disc cutters’ service life and its relevant techniques,analysed the characteristics of disc cutters’ rock-breaking,and discussed the relevant theory and calculation formula which can be available under different geological situations.Combines with the TB880E type TBM adopted in Qinlin Tunnel construction, bulit life prediction and management model of TBM disc cutters,and developed cutters management software whose functions include display the positions of disc cutter,replace broken cutters,display the results of cutter replacement and manage the database.
