企业网络组织间学习评价研究

【摘要】 人类社会正在步入一个以知识为主导的时代。企业的竞争优势在于其拥有的战略性知识资源。知识的来源包括内部和外部两方面,为了克服核心刚性和时间的压力,在不确定成为唯一可确定因素的市场环境中,企业在进行内部学习的同时,还必须注重从外部获取知识。合作盛行形成的企业网络为企业创造了许多机会,从而可以通过企业网络进行组织间学习以实现合作伙伴之间默会知识的转移,进而培植核心能力,提升竞争优势。因此,对企业网络中的组织间学习进行研究,有着重要的理论和现实意义。本文以企业知识理论、组织学习理论、管理学、心理学等为理论基础,采用理论分析和实证分析相结合,定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法对组织间学习进行研究。首先介绍了企业网络组织间学习的相关概念、过程、机制等;对组织间学习的企业网络与企业网络的组织间学习进行了分析,在此基础上构建了组织间学习的影响因素模型;其次利用结构方程模型中的测量模型对因素模型进行了修正;建立了组织间学习因素评价指标体系,运用聚类方法对20家企业进行了聚类分析与评价;最后根据评价结果,提出改善组织间学习的策略和建议。由于计算量比较大,使用SPSS16.0和AMOS7.0使计算简单化。

【Abstract】 Human society is entering a knowledge driven era. The competitive advantage of enterprises in fact is its strategic knowledge resources. In the market environment that uncertainty may be the only determined factor, companies should study inside, at the same time, they must also pay attention to acquire knowledge from the outside. Enterprises’network that forming in the prevalence of cooperation has created a lot of opportunities for enterprises.Using the enterprises’network for inter-organizational learning, through transferring the tacit knowledge between partners, enterprise’s core competency was cultivated, and the competitive advantage was upgraded. Therefore, the study of inter-organizational learning in enterprises’network has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on enterprise knowledge theory, organizational learning, management, psychics, knowledge management theory and so on, this paper uses both theory as well as demonstration analyses and qualitative as well as quantitative analyses to evaluate the learning effect between firms in business network. First of all, the related concepts, processes, mechanisms, etc is introduced and constructed impact factor model of inter-organizational study on the basis of analyzing inter-organizational learning’s enterprise network and enterprise network’s inter-organizational learning.Then the measurement model of the structural equation model is used to amend the factor model. Redundancy factors were removed.An factor evaluating indicator system is established. The clustering means is used to evaluate the sample of 20 enterprises. Finally, learning strategies and suggestions are presented according to the measurement result. The SPSS16.0 and AMOS7.0 were used to simplify computation.
