磁力脱水槽给水控制系统的设计

【摘要】 选矿是金属矿石生产的必经阶段,其中一个重要环节是区分开采的磁性矿粒和非磁性矿粒。非磁性矿粒主要是硼脉石和矿泥,磁性矿粒通常含有有用的金属成分。为提高矿石中磁性矿粒的产量,矿粒必须经过脱水槽装置进行处理。磁力脱水槽是选矿厂最广泛的磁选设备之一,该设备具有处理能力大,选分指标好,无运动部件等优点,在生产中发挥重大作用。在经过脱水槽进行处理时候,为了使出矿的品质有保障,必须对矿浆的浓度进行控制。矿浆浓度的控制是通过控制脱水槽的给水阀门的给水量来达到目的,这样既可以保证出矿的品质又不至于浪费大量的水资源。本论文以选矿厂磁力脱水槽给水控制系统为对象,设计了基于单片机的控制给水系统的实施方案。系统功能如下:通过SS490系列的霍尔传感器对矿浆的磁感应强度进行实时检测。采集过程是把传感器放入脱水槽内采集矿浆内的高斯量,采样信号通过放大、调理、V/F转换后,数字信号送给C8051F221单片机。由于现场存在干扰,所以在系统设计时必须采用抗干扰技术,在信号进入单片机处理系统时,采用光电耦合器的方式来减少外界对系统的干扰。单片机系统根据传感器采集来的信号,经过计算和分析确定脱水系统中矿浆的浓度,同时控制电机正反运行,提升或降落给水阀门来改变给水量从而实现对矿浆浓度的自动控制。检测控制系统设计中配有外接键盘和液晶显示装置,通过液晶显示屏可以观察脱水系统中矿浆的浓度,同时又可以通过键盘输入基准矿浆浓度的调整。该设备通过对矿浆的浓度磁场强度的实时测定,不仅能提高出矿量品质还能减少水量的消耗。设备体积小、安装方便、具有防水、防尘功能,可长期在恶劣工况条件下使用。

【Abstract】 Beneficiation is a necessary stage of the metal ore production. An important aspect is the distinction between the exploitation of the magnetic mineral grains and non-magnetic mineral grains. Non-magnetic particle is boron gangue and slime, Magnetic mineral grains usually contain useful metal. In order to enhance the production of magnetic particle of ore, particle must go through that chutes are installed to deal with dehydration. Dehydration magnetic concentrator trough is one of the most extensive magnetic separation equipment, the device has a processing capacity, and selected sub-indicators, and no moving parts, etc., they play a major role in the production. After dehydration processing time slot, in order to mine the quality of using secure, it must control the concentration of pulp. Pulp concentration control is controlled by the dehydration of the water trough to the water valves to achieve the purpose, so that it can guarantee the quality of the ore and not waste a lot of water. In this paper, magnetic concentrator dehydration trough to water supply control system for the object, the design of the control based on single-chip implementation of water supply system. System functions as follows:SS490 series through to the pulp of the Hall sensor of the magnetic induction intensity in real-time detection. Acquisition process is to Add Sensor dehydrated slurry within the tank Gaussian collection volume, the sampling signal amplification, conditioning, V / F converter, the digital signal to the C8051F221 single chip. Due to the existence of interference in the system design must be used when anti-jamming technology, in the signal processing system, the single chip using optocoupler way reduced interference from outside the system..Single-chip microcomputer system accords with the sensor to the signal acquisition, After dehydration of the calculation and analysis system determine the concentration of pulp, At the same time, both positive and negative control of motor operation, upgrade or land water supply to the water valve to change in order to achieve automatic control of slurry concentration.Detection of control system designs with an external keyboard and liquid crystal display devices, LCD screen can be observed through dehydration system the concentration of pulp, At the same time, the keyboard input through the adjustment of the concentration of the base pulp. The device of the pulp through the concentration of real-time determination of magnetic field strength, not only can improve the quality of the mineral ,but also reduce the amount of water consumption. Equipments, small size, easy to install with waterproof, dust-proof function in adverse long-term use of working conditions.
