【摘要】 公务员道德建设是我国公务员制度的一项重要内容,随着我国公务员制度的不断完善,公务员道德建设的重要性日益凸显出来。我国的公务员道德建设既取得了一定的成绩,也还存在着许多问题和不足。本论文通过民意测验了解公务员的职业道德意识,深入研究现代蒙古国公务员职业道德出现的变化,并提出公务员职业道德建设的几点建议,以期有助于进一步强化蒙古国行政公务员职业道德伦理意识和工作责任感,并且对该研究领域初学者提供参考。本文大体分为四个部分,首先是公务员职业道德概念的界定,并阐述了蒙古国公务员道德伦理体系及其演变;其次是归纳总结了蒙古国国家公务员职业道德有关的法律;其三,分析蒙古国家公务员道德现状;第四提出加强完善蒙古国家公务员职业道德准则的对策性措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mongolian and foreign civilized histories have already shown that no matter how developed the material progress is,without their cores of the conduct of morals, progress of society and civilization would been unable to support,and the public administrative field can not been there without the ethical involvement.As the civil servant of government’s main body,make the policy as well as pursue a policy,have close connections with the broad masses of the people,his spiritual civilization’s intensity,level of the morals level,all have direct influence to the people,on social conduct.There are important meanings in fostering and carrying forward civil servant’s spirit to strengthen the civil servant’s morals construction.The full text is divided into four parts:The present paper understood official’s occupational ethics consciousness through the public opinion poll,research the change of modern Mongolia country official occupational ethics deeply,and proposed several suggestions on official occupational ethics’ construction,I hope it is helpful to further strengthen the Mongolian country administration official occupational ethics consciousness and the sense of work responsibility,and provides the reference the beginner of this research area.This article divides into four parts roughly,.first is the official occupational ethics concept,and elaborated the Mongolian country official morals ethics system and the evolution;Next was summaried the Mongolian country official occupational ethics related law;Third,analyze present situation of Mongolia country official’s occupational ethics;Fourth proposed the measure that strengthens Mongolia country official’s occupational ethics.更多还原
