水下等离子割炬体的设计研究与应用

【摘要】 没有理论指导的实践是盲目的实践,没有实践的理论是空洞的理论。我国从事进口机床零部件设计、应用与维修技术工作的工程技术人员数以万计,然而由于此项技术的复杂性、多样性和多变性以及一些客观环境因素的制约,在进口机床零部件设计方面还没有形成一套成熟的、完整的理论体系。当今控制理论与自动化技术的高速发展,尤其是微电子技术和计算机技术的日新月异,使得进口机床零部件设计制造技术也在同步飞速发展,数控系统结构形式上的PC基、开放化和性能上的多样化、复杂化、高智能化不仅给其应用从观念到实践带来了巨大变化,也在其设计理论、技术和手段上带来了很大的变化。水下等离子切割机割炬体的设计到实现实际应用通过极其漫长和复杂的过程。从水下等离子切割机工作原理入手,具体分析割炬体应用应该具备的条件,通过理论和实践反复循环,使独立设计完成的割炬体达到成熟的效果,从而应用到生产实践中。本文仅是将多年的实践探索及业内众同仁的经验总结加以适当的归纳整理,以求对该学科理论的发展及工程技术人员的实践有所裨益。

【Abstract】 There is no theoretical guidance for practice is the practice of blindly, there is no theory of practice are empty theory.China’s imports of machine tool parts and components involved in the design, application and maintenance of the technical work of tens of thousands of engineers and technicians, however, this technology because of the complexity, diversity and variability as well as some objective factors, imports of machine tool parts and components at the design also did not form a sophisticated and complete theoretical system. Today’s Control Theory and the rapid development of automation technology, especially micro-electronics technology and computer technology advances, making imports of machine tool design and manufacture of parts and components are also synchronize the rapid development of technology, numerical control system architecture of the PC-based form, open up and performance diversification of complex, high intelligence is not only to their applications from concept to practice brought about tremendous changes in its design theory, technology and means to bring up a lot of changes. Underwater plasma cutting machine cutting torch body design to achieve practical application through an extremely long and complicated process. From the underwater plasma cutting machine to start working principle, the specific analysis of the application of cutting torch body should have the conditions, through the theory and practice of repeated cycles, so that independent design achieve the cutting torch body to achieve sophisticated results, and thus applied to production practice.This article is only years of practice and industry to explore the experience of the public Tongren to organize into appropriate to the academic development of the theory and practice of engineering and technical personnel benefits.
