汽车连杆裂解设备裂解力矩和裂解速度的研究

【摘要】 连杆裂解工艺是分体类零件加工领域的新技术,具有高生产率、高产品量、低生产成本等优点。连杆裂解检测技术是裂解工艺的重要组成部分,是提高裂解技术的重要保证。本文在对汽车发动机连杆裂解工艺深入分析的基础上,设计汽车连杆裂解电控系统及人机界面,在此基础上对计算机数据采集与处理技术进行了深入的研究。通过几种方案的对比,选择以计算机、数据采集卡、压力变送器组成检测系统硬件部分。软件部分采用VC++6.0和Matlab混合编程,开发数据采集与信号滤波系统的软件,对裂解力矩进行数据采集。并采用中断方式进行数据采集,解决了多线程技术解决数据采集与数据存储之间的问题。数据分析方面,通过对卡尔曼滤波及自适应滤波两种滤波方式的比较与仿真,最后选择基于自适应滤波理论的噪声对消器对采样信号进行滤波,提高了信号分析准确性。同时采用可编程控制器的高速计数模块及相应的脉冲输出功能构建裂解速度检测系统,设计相应的PLC程序和人机界面,通过调整比例控制系统的输出电流值改变裂解速度,进而改善裂解效果。对裂解力矩及裂解速度的研究,为连杆裂解设备提供了理论与技术支持,对完善连杆裂解工艺具有实际意义。

【Abstract】 The successful development of fracture splitting of engine automobile connecting rod has significance for automobile industry and engine industry at improving the level of production technology, saving money, increasing economic efficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of domestic and foreign markets. It will provide domestic manufacturers the technology of connecting rods fracture splitting detection with the current international advanced level. Fundamentally change the processing technology with traditional methods with the new technology put in practice and spread.The technology of connecting rods fracture splitting detection is an important part of fracture splitting process. It is a great revolution for the fracture splitting connecting rod manufacture technology. And it is also an important guarantee of fracture splitting technology. Although the fracture splitting process is applied widely, the parameters of process is not easy get, just like pressure, speed, displacement and so on. It means the evaluation of product quality is lack theory basis. This paper has mainly researched a detection system to detect the splitting speed and the splitting force. The splitting speed and the splitting force are important parameters of fracture splitting process.Because they are very important, we wish to develop an inspection and measurement system to guarantee them. So we can see the crack parameter and the dynamic curves directly, take the crack parameter data timely, build the detailed data files for the process. With the records we can analyze and study the data in real time. The operator can also monitor the parameter change timely. They can adjust it timely by the change and get the best crack technic parameter. They also can evaluate the stability of the crack process.The main task and the achievement had been done as follows:1. At first introduce sensor, the technology of data collection, PLC and Human-Machine Interface simply. The paper designs the control system of fracture splitting engine about automobile connecting rod basing on the request of technics. Complete the communications of PLC and Human-Machine Interface.2. According to the campaign trend of the connecting rods in the fracture splitting process, design the program of detection system. The hardware is composed by pressure transmitter, data acquisition card, and computer.3. Making use of VisualC++ 6.0 compile the program of data collection and processing software system, and finish the exploitation of the data collection interface, basing on windows system. Design data acquisition system by interruption. Solve the problem between high-speed real data acquisition and data storage by multithreading technology. Filter signals based on hybrid programming of VC and MATLAB through calling MATLAB engine and improve the reliability of signal detection.4. Introduce the developing process of wave filtering theory simply and analyze the advantage of the Kalman filter applied in computer real-time processing. Based on this study discuss the Kalman filter is composed of the news process, measurement and filtering process corresponding to the process model, given a set of linear unbiased minimum mean square error of recursive formula. Research a method to realize the Kalman filter based on computer. At last discuss the instability of the Kalman filter and deside to change a better way of filtering5. Introduce the developing process of adaptive filter theory simply. Expatiate the elementary theory and the application of adaptive filter in system identification, signal enhancement, noise cancellation and channel equalization. Mainly analyse the application of LMS adaptive filter in noise canceling and simulate the sine signal overlapped additive white noise. The simulation results prove that LMS adaptive filter has good effect at noise cancellation and can finish the task of digital filtering under certain conditions. By comparing and simulating Kalman filter and LMS adaptive filter, choose a noise canceller based on LMS adaptive filter finally.6. Deduce the splitting speed formula and design the test method of splitting speed in the basis of analyzing the speed characteristics. Analyse and design the method of detecting the splitting speed. Collect the data of the splitting speed about three different periods by high-speed counting module. Receive the splitting speed of three periods with high-speed counting module by memorizing pulses. Compile the program of PLC and design Human-Machine Interface. Design the control system of proportional valve to make sure that fracture splitting can achieve the target requirements by adjusting the out current of the control system of proportional valve.7. The splitting speed can not be got for various kinds of interference in scene and the error in pulse counting process, so that the measures to eliminate errors and more precise ways of calculating the pulse number to be taken. These works will be analyzed in further research.Research on the detection system of fracture splitting machine is of great significance on automobile industry, engine industry, improve product quality and production technology. At the same time filled up the blank of the country, save money and impelling the industrialization course of the connecting rod manufacture technology.
