偏心齿轮分插机构运动学和动力学分析及参数优化

【摘要】 本文以高速水稻插秧机偏心齿轮行星系分插机构为研究对象,分析其运动学性能,建立数学模型和运动学优化模型并找出最佳运动学参数,最后分析其动力学性能并建立动力学数学模型。本文主要的研究内容和结果如下:1)结合我国国情对制约我国水稻插秧机械化发展的因素进行了深入分析,提出偏心齿轮分插机构能够很好的适用我国南方双季稻种植地区的需要,具有重要的研究价值。同时,结合国内对偏心齿轮分插机构的研究现状,提出了该机构尚待解决的几个问题。2)对偏心齿轮的运动特性进行了详细分析,建立了相关程序框图,利用VB软件编程输出传动比随转角的变化图,并着重讨论了偏心率k值与偏心齿轮传动比之间的关系。3)对偏心齿轮分插机构进行运动学分析,建立数学模型,并开发基于VB6.0的辅助分析软件,对一个给定的偏心齿轮分插机构进行了运动学性能分析。4)提出插秧农艺对偏心齿轮行星系分插机构运动学的9点要求,从而得到分插机构运动学优化的目标和约束条件,建立其运动学优化模型,并构建基于VB6.0的人机一体化系统,得到一组较佳参数后,对参数进行正交分析,并采用SAS数据分析软件对正交后的数据进行线性相关分析和因素各水平对相关目标的影响分析,从而得到一组比较理想的运动学参数。5)对偏心齿轮分插机构进行动力学分析,并建立了数学模型。6)提出进一步研究的设想与方法。

【Abstract】 The object of present study is to analyze the kinetic characteristic of the eccentric sprocket separating planting mechanism with planetary gears of high performance rice transplanter, to construct mathematic model and kinetic optimism model and figure out the optimal kinetic parameters, and then to analyze the dynamic performance and study the dynamic mathematic model. The following is the main content and results of this research:1) After deeply analyzing the restriction factors of rice transplanter mechanization developing under the present situation of China, the eccentric sprocket separating planting mechanism with planetary gears was considered to be quite useful for double cropping rice planting in South area of China, the research merit of which is valuable. Meanwhile, combining present research situation of the eccentric sprocket separating planting mechanism with planetary gears in China, a few problems need to be resolved was put forward.2) Program chart was constructed on the foundation of the kinetic characteristic of the eccentric sprocket, which was analyzed in detail. At the same time, the map of transmission ratio with the varying angle was exported by using VB software. And the relationship between K value and the eccentric sprocket transmission ratio was especially discussed.3) On the basis of kinematics analysis, mathematic model of which was conducted to analyze the kinematics characteristic of an appointed eccentric sprocket separating planting mechanism by using VB 6.0 assisting analysis software.4) According to the nine request of the kinematics of the eccentric sprocket separating planting mechanism in rice transplanting agronomics, kinematics optimizing model was established to build human-machine integration system. By using this system, a group of preferable parameters was obtained for orthogonal analysis. Then linear correlation analysis and the analysis of each factor at vary level affecting relative object were performed for the data got from previous orthogonal analysis with SAS program, form which a group idea kinematics parameter was obtained.5) Mathematic model was conducted on the basis of dynamic analysis of the eccentric sprocket separating planting mechanism.6) Forwarding research program and method was put forward.
