香花崖豆藤的繁殖技术及园林应用研究

【摘要】 香花崖豆藤(Millettia dielsiana Harms)为蝶形花科崖豆藤属多年生半常绿木质藤本植物,花叶并美,可与紫藤、凌霄、鸡血藤等植物相媲美,且对生长环境要求不高,是一种具有开发价值的野生藤本植物资源。本试验采用种子、扦插、压条及组培快繁等方法进行繁殖,利用LI-6400便携式光合作用测定系统对香花崖豆藤的光合特性进行测定,通过野外观测对香花崖豆藤的园林应用可行性进行调查。研究的主要结果如下:1、首次对香花崖豆藤的光合特性进行了初步研究,试验表明:光饱和点为2000μmol.m-2.s-1,光补偿点为25μmol.m-2.s-1,是一种喜光植物。经过不同程度遮光处理,光饱和点大幅度降低,光补偿点变化小,叶片的大小随光照强度的减弱而增加,叶片厚度随着光照强度的减弱而变薄,但生长情况均好,这说明香花崖豆藤的适应性强,对光照条件要求不严格。2、对香花崖豆藤进行成苗移栽与种子繁殖时,发现其对生长环境要求不严,早春地上部分萌动前和秋季地上部分停止生长后移栽其成活率高;通过4月和11月两次不同时期种子引种时发现其萌发力较弱,分别为16.67%和20.51%。3、香花崖豆藤扦插繁殖宜在春季进行,用浓度为0.50 mg/L的NAA溶液浸泡插条30min,扦插到50%园土与50%河沙混合的基质中,生根率为60.32%;压条繁殖生根率为76.00%,较扦插繁殖增殖快、易成活。4、首次对香花崖豆藤进行了组织培养快速繁殖试验,结果表明:初代培养中最适启动培养基配方为:MS+6-BA0.50 mg/L+IAA0.10 mg/L;增殖培养的最适培养基配方为:MS+6-BA3.00 mg/L+NAA0.40 mg/L,每月继代增殖可达3~6倍;生根培养中,瓶外生根法比瓶内生根和两步生根法均好,生根率达100%;移栽基质以珍珠岩:细河沙:营养土=1:1:1的成活率最高,可达92.83%。5、对香花崖豆藤的生物特征、观赏特性及园林应用价值等方面进行了调查,发现其分布范围广,适应性强,树形、叶、花及果均具有较好的观赏效果,是一种具有生态、美化、经济价值的观赏植物。

【Abstract】 Millettia dielsiana Harms is a kind of semi-evergreen perennial woody vine plants,belongs to Millettia Wight et Arn.Fabaceae.For the showy flowers and foliages,broadly adaptability,dielsiana is a valuable ornamental plant and germ plasm resource,it would be used popular in gardening as Wisteria sinensis、Campsis grandiflora、Millettia reticulata Benth.In our study,dielsiana were propagated by sexual propagation and asexual propagation,including cutting,layering and tissue culture.Using the LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system,indexes of photosynthesis Characteristics were measured.Application feasibility was also summarized by wild investigation.The conclusions are as follows:1、Photosynthesis Characteristics of dielsiana were primary studied,the result showed that dielsiana is a sun plant,its Light Saturation Point(LCP) is 2000μmol. m-2.s-1and Light Compensation Point(LCP) is 25μmol.m-2.s-1.After shading treatment, LSP decrease rapidly while LCP decrease slowly.The size of leaves increased as the weakness of light strength and thickness decreased,but its growth was well.It can be concluded that dielsiana has stronger adaptation and lower requirement of light.2、Study on adaptability of introduction,transplanting survival rate was higher in early spring at stage of germination and in autumn after growth.Base on the seed introduction,the germination rate of dielsiana in April was 16.67%and in November was 20.51%.3、Cutting rooting performances was observed,the optimal treatment combinations were:30mins of NAA 0.50 mg/L+river sand mixed with garden soil medium, the re-root rate was 60.32%.Compare with cutting,layering rooting was easier and re-root rate was 76.00%.4、Tissue culture was first done on dielsiana.The experiment showed:The best base media was MS+ 6-BA0.50 mg/L+IAA0.10 mg/L,the best media of proliferation was MS+6-BA3.00 mg/L+NAA0.40 mg/L,multiplication rate was 3 to 6 per month.In the process of rooting,rooted-out bottle was better than rooted-in bottle and rooting way two-step,rooting rate was up to 100%.Perlite mixed with river sand and soil was the best transplanting media,transplanting survival rate was 92.83%.5、Biological characteristics,ornamental characteristics and application value of dielsiana were investigated,surveys showed that dielsiana distribute and adapt widely in Hunan province,it has bright-colored flower,beautiful canopy,leaves and fruits,dielsiana is a good ornamental plants with higher ecological and economical value.
