胶艾汤治疗妇人血证现代文献研究

【摘要】 胶艾汤始见于汉·张仲景的《金匮要略·妊娠病篇》,由川芎、阿胶、甘草、艾叶、当归、芍药、干地黄7味药组成,全方寒温并用,动静相合,具有养血活血、暖宫散寒、调经止血、缓痛安胎之功。本方作用和缓,具有止血而不伤血的特点。原方用于治疗漏下、半产出血以妊娠下血,历代医家多有发挥,已成临床妇科常用方剂,而且应用于妇科之外的多种病证。本论文收集1980～2008年与胶艾汤有关的中医文献资料,对其学术思想及现代临床运用进行研究。共分为三个部分,第一部分为本文的综述部分,介绍胶艾汤的现代临床运用概况。第二部分对胶艾汤的组方思想及学术源流进行探讨,分别从胶艾汤的方义、胶艾汤组方思想对后世的影响以及胶艾汤主治病证的变化三方面进行研究。第三部分为胶艾汤的现代临床运用与研究,本部分对胶艾汤的现代临床运用进行初步研究,其中主要对崩漏以及胎漏两病证进行重点研究,并对有关医案进行举例分析,最后对全文进行内容小结。文中对胶艾汤组方特点总结为“止血以养为要、止血亦当祛瘀、用药不避辛温”等,提出“胞阻”病当无下血,即指妊娠腹痛。以及对现代有关胶艾汤运用医案进行分析,具有一定的创新性。本论文从文献角度着眼,兼顾临床,力求全面反映胶艾汤这一妇科名方的组方特点及运用规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 JiaoAi formula sees Zhang Zhongjing "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber Pregnancy disease" in Hart dynasty,which is composed with 7 taste medicine like chuangxiong Ajiao gancao aiye danggui shaoyao and gandihuang.The formula combine with dynamic and static, using With cold and heat.The formula has the function of nourish blood and active blood, warm uterus and dispel cold,regulate menstruation and stop bleeding,release pain and anti-abortion.The formula has even function and contains the characteristic of stop bleeding but not injury blood.The original formula uses in treating the mild chronic bloody vaginal discharge,partly producing the hemorrhage by the pregnancy hemorrhaging,all previous dynasties doctor has much educe,has become the clinical gynecology department commonly used formula medicinal preparation,moreover applies many kinds of disease except gynecology.The paper collects Chinese medicine literature material related with JiaoAi soup in 1980～2008,conducts the research to its academic thought and the modern clinical utilization. We divide altogether into three parts,the first part is the summary part of the article,introduce modern clinical utilization survey of JiaoAi soup.The second part carries on the discussion to the JiaoAi soup the thought of combine formula and the academic source and course, separately from explain meaning of JiaoAi soup,the thought of JiaoAi soup combination influence to the later generation as well as the JiaoAi soup mainly treats the change of disease the three aspects to conduct the research.The third part is modern clinical utilization and the research of JiaoAi soup,this part conducts the preliminary study to the modern clinical utilization of JiaoAi soup,mainly leaks two syndromes to the uterine bleeding as well as the embryo to conduct the key research,and carries on the example analysis to the related medical notes,finally carries on the content subtotal to the full text.In the article the characteristic summary of JiaoAi soup is "the hematischesis take nourishing blood as key,the hematischesis when also removes stagnated blood,the medication not to escape pungent and warm" and so on,proposed that "the butcher block" does not have the hemorrhaging,means the pregnancy abdominal pain.As well as carries on the analysis to modern related JiaoAi soup using the medical notes,has certain innovation. The paper focuses from the literature angle,proper attention to both clinical,makes every effort to reflect JiaoAi soup comprehensively the combination of formula characteristic and the utilization rule for gynecology.更多还原
