【摘要】 进入21世纪后,网络媒体的报道无论从自身还是影响力来说都是不可小视的。当网络媒体的报道逐渐被传播学者及各个权力机构所重视的时候,当网络媒体事件的报道议题影响着传统媒体的议题时,尤其是在媒体融合的背景之下,网络媒体因其自身的报道特点和它所产生的社会现实力量使我们不得不对这个充满力量的新媒体投入更大的关注,进行更深的研究。要想在将来的网络报道中占有一席之地,就不得不对现在的网络事件报道特质以及它的发展态势进行研究。在网络事件报道的过程中,传统的议程设置理论有了新的特点。本文将以议程设置理论为理论基础,在此基础上以2008年由“新浪网”所评选出来的十大网络标志性事件为案例,进行归纳分析。通过分析,归纳出网络媒体事件报道的特质。并且从网络媒体事件报道的三个过程:议题设置、舆论形成、议题提升,通过对十大事件在这三个过程中报道的研究,以便推论出网络事件报道在未来的发展态势。实质上,本文所要研究的是网络媒体在事件报道操作层面技巧性的态势探索。本文将采用实证研究方法中“证实”、“证伪”的方法,首先提出论文的理论假设。接着运用定性研究方法中的案例分析法来分析和归纳2008年网络十大标志性事件,在分析出网络媒体事件报道的特质后,推论出网络媒体报道在内容、表现手段和质量上将会出现边缘化的倾向,网络媒体越来越会选取非强制性议题进行报道,同时网络监管缺失和网络举报不通畅问题将会得到重视,以及网络媒体报道主体的传媒素养将会得以提高、并且越来越趋于理智。通过对网络媒体发展态势的研究,在实际的报道中能够规避问题,使我们更能够有效的来利用网络进行报道。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is not any less losing for its later development since the 2000. When the broadcaster and the authority pay more attention on the internet media report and the internet media report affect traditional media report , we have to greatly focus on and research on the rising media because of its character and power especially under the circumstance of the media combination.During the internet media report ,the traditional agenda-setting theory with new features. This article will be agenda-setting theory as the theoretical basis, based on this in 2008 from "Sina" chosen by the network of a landmark event in the top ten for the case of the inductive case analysis. Through the analysis of the network into the nature of the media reported the incident. Events and media coverage from the network of three processes: the question set, public opinion formation, and that upgrading of the top ten events in the course of these three research reports in order to infer the network reported the incident in the future development trend. In essence, this article is to study network media coverage in the event of operational level skills to explore the trend.This paper adopts the substantial correctness and substantial failures in the substantial evidence, putting forward the theory assumption analyzing the ten spotlight internet media report in 2008 by qualitative analysis. After analyzing the ten spotlight internet media report in 2008, this paper try to conclude the content, measures and quality of internet media report on the verge of tradition. The internet media selects uncomplusory subject to report, however, short of internet supervision and inconvenience of reporting an offender.
