康保县县域经济发展问题研究

【摘要】 县域经济是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,县域经济的发展水平,很大程度上决定着我国经济发展的整体水平。县域经济发展问题研究,有着重大的理论和现实意义。康保县地处河北省西北部的坝上高原,是典型的农牧交错地带。该县经济发展落后,在全省的排名长期徘徊不前。目前国内尚没有文献对其进行综合研究,本文在大量搜集数据的基础上,运用区域经济学的相关理论,对康保县经济发展的现状进行了实证分析,通过分析找到了康保县经济发展中存在的主要问题,并提出了可行的对策建议。对促进康保县经济发展有积极的意义,对类似的农牧交错地区县域经济的发展也起到一定的借鉴作用。本文在系统阐述国内外县域经济发展相关理论的基础上,综合运用动态分析法、对比分析法等方法,对康保县经济发展的现状进行了分析。认为当前康保县经济发展中存在的问题主要有产业结构不合理,与资源优势不符;经济总量太小,生产效率低下;工业整体实力不强,缺乏主导产业等。并就这些问题产生的原因以及康保县经济发展的各种有利与不利的影响因素进行了深入分析。最后基于上面的分析,提出了康保县经济发展的思路,而且从促进三大产业的协调发展、选择并培育合适的主导产业、优化发展环境和加强小城镇建设等方面提出了对策建议,以期促进康保县经济的快速发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 County economy is an important component of our national economy. To a great extent, its development level determines the overall development of national economy. So it is of theoretical and practical importance to research the development of county economy.Kangbao County ,which is located in Bashang plateau of northwest Hebei Province, is in typical agriculture-pasture interlaced zone. Its economy is very backward and has fallen behind other counties of Hebei Province for a long time. But at present there is no comprehensive study of that in our country. Based on collection of substantial data, this paper applied relevant theories of regional economics to analyse the status of Kangbao County’s economic development empirically. By analyzing that, the paper found the main problems of Kangbao County’s economy and put forward feasible countermeasures and proposals. That has positive meaning for promoting economic development of Kangbao County and has imitative impact on counties’ development of similar areas.This paper reviewed both domestic and abroad theories related to county economic development systematically. According to that, the paper analyzed the economic situation of Kangbao County comprehensively by dynamic analysis, comparative analysis, as well as statistical tables and other ways. On this basis, the paper got the problems of Kangbao County economic development such as improper industrial structure, small economic volume, low productive efficiency and so on. Then the paper analyzed the causes of those problem and factors that affect Kangbao County economic development profoundly. Finally based on those analyses, the paper put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions from the aspect of boosting agriculture, industry and tertiary industry, choosing leading industry, optimizing development environment, enhancing small cities and towns construction and so on in order to prompt Kangbao County’s rapid economic development.更多还原
