聚环氧琥珀酸的合成、性能及在磁化水中的阻垢作用

【摘要】 聚环氧琥珀酸是一种可生物降解的绿色环保型阻垢分散剂,是目前水处理剂研究的热点之一;磁化水抑垢技术无毒、无污染、投资少、应用方便,是未来水处理领域的一个研究热点。为此本文将聚环氧琥珀酸与磁场结合起来,研究其协同阻垢性能,减少阻垢剂用量,旨在开发一种新的物理化学水处理技术。以马来酸酐为原料,一步法合成聚环氧琥珀酸。通过单因素试验和正交试验法,对实验中影响聚环氧琥珀酸阻CaCO3垢性能的主要因素进行了考察,得到聚环氧琥珀酸的最佳合成工艺条件,并研究了聚环氧琥珀酸的阻垢、缓蚀性能和生物降解性能。结果表明:环氧琥珀酸具有较好阻垢、缓蚀性能和生物降解性能。当聚环氧琥珀酸用量为20mg·L-1,其阻垢率达86.5%;当聚环氧琥珀酸用量为125mg·L-1,其缓蚀率达91.94%。提出了聚环氧琥珀酸与磁场协同作用处理工业循环冷却水的新技术。研究了聚环氧琥珀酸与磁场在不同使用条件下的协同阻垢性能。静态和动态实验结果表明,聚环氧琥珀酸与磁场之间具有明显的协同阻垢作用,二者协同作用可进一步提高聚环氧琥珀酸的阻垢性能,可大大减小聚环氧琥珀酸的用量。利用扫描电镜对垢样进行了观察,探讨其阻垢机理。结果表明,聚环氧琥珀酸与磁场协同作用可使碳酸钙晶体发生更明显的断裂和扭曲现象,使晶粒更加细小分散。

【Abstract】 Polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA) is a kind of biodegradable environmentally friendly scale inhibition dispersing agent.At prement,research on PESA is a hotspot of water treatment agents. In this paper,PESA and its synergetic scale inhibition effect with magnetic field were investigated to develop an new physical-chemical water treatment technology.PESA was synthesized from maleic anhydride in one step.The main factors of influencing the performance of inhibiting calcium carbonate scale were investigated through the single factor and orthogonal test method,and the optimum conditions of the synthetic process were obtained. The performance of scale and corrosion inhibition and biodegradation of PESA were studied. The test results indicated that PESA had good scale and corrosion inhibition and biodegradation. Its scale inhibition rate is 86.5%when the dosage of PESA is 20 mg·L-1.Its corrosion inhibition rate could come to 91.94%when its dosage is 125 mg·L-1.A new water treatment technique used in circulating cooling water system employing the synergism of PESA and magnetic field was put forward.The synergism scale inhibition performance of magnetic field and PESA was investigated under different operation conditions. Both the static and dynamic experiments results showed that there existed a remarkable synergism between the magnetic field and PESA.Synergism between the magnetic field and PESA further improved performance of scale inhibition on calcium carbonate,and the dosage of PESA greatly reduced.The calcium carbonate samples were characterized by SEM technique. The results showed that the synergism between magnetic field and PESA could split and distort calcium carbonate crystallite more remarkably,causing the calcium carbonate crystallite to get much finer and more dispersive.
