基于GPRS/GPS的车辆定位监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 车辆定位监控系统集GPS定位技术、GIS地理信息系统技术、数据库技术及通信技术于一体,是智能交通系统的重要组成部分。由于车辆管理在运输型企业中占有十分重要的地位,本文根据企业需要和车辆管理的普遍原则开发设计了基于GPRS/GPS的车辆定位监控系统,使运输企业加强了对车辆有效的管理,提高了工作效率,节约了成本。论文首先介绍了选题的背景和意义以及国内外研究现状,并详细阐述了本课题所涉及的相关技术及发展情况。本文在分析企业具体需求的基础上,结合企业特点,构建了基于GPRS/GPS的定位监控系统的基本架构,该架构由车载终端、无线通讯网络及监控中心三大部分组成。车载终端接收GPS数据并进行解析,将车辆的经度、纬度、速度、方向、时间及车辆状态等数据重新打包,通过GPRS通信模块连接到Internet,然后通过Internet网络将数据包发往监控中心。监控中心的通讯服务器通过GPRS网络与车载终端进行连接,实时接收车载终端发来的数据,对数据进行检验过滤,并把过滤后的有效信息传送给监控终端。监控终端负责把收到的移动目标的信息经处理后,与电子地图匹配,在地图上动态显示移动目标的正确位置,使监控中心能清楚、直观、实时地掌握移动目标的动态位置信息,监控中心可根据需要对车辆进行轮巡、历史轨迹回放、以及对超速、被劫车辆进行报警、断油断电等控制,同时,监控终端还可对车辆基本信息、地图上地物等信息进行查询。

【Abstract】 Integrated with GPS, GIS and the technology of database and communication, vehicle monitoring system is one of the most important part of ITS. As the importance of the vehicle management in logistics enterprise this article presents a GPRS-based vehicle monitoring system project which is designed according to enterprise needs and the principle of the vehicle management. It will bring the enterprise good vehicle management, high work efficiency and great cost saving.This article firstly describes the background and purport of choosing the thesis and expatiates the current status of the relevant technology accordingly. Based on analysis of company’s requirement it put forward the framework of this system which is composed of three modules, vehicle terminal, wireless communication network and monitoring center. The terminal will receive and parse the GPS data. It consolidates the information of the vehicle’s longitude, latitude, velocity, direction, time and status. Then it connects to internet by GPRS communication module and transmits the consolidated information to monitoring center. The communication server of the center will then receive the real time data from the vehicle terminal by connecting it through GPRS. After check and filtration the final valid data will be transferred to the monitoring terminal.Then the monitoring terminal will match the parsed vehicle information with the electronic map and dynamically show the right position of the vehicle on the map. The dynamic position data can be shown clearly, visually and timely so that the center can accordingly do vehicle patrol and running track replay, stop supply of gasoline and electric power, or call policy for the vehicles that overspeeding or being robbed. Also the monitoring terminal can be consulted for vehicle information as well as the surroundings on the map.
