【摘要】 火力发电厂的设备规模大,配套复杂,是典型的资金密集型设备系统,长期以来,如何提高发电设备的可靠性和可利用率一直是国内外发电企业的重大研究课题之一。本文着眼于湄洲湾电厂的具体情况,针对其设备管理的特点和管理中存在的问题,用EAM中的管理理论,对SAP系统在湄洲湾电厂设备管理中的应用效果进行了深入分析,试图找到一条适合我国资产密集型企业在设备管理方面信息化建设的有效途径。全文共包括五部分:第一部分回顾SAP系统的基本情况和湄洲湾电厂的背景;第二部分介绍了SAP EAM中的设备管理理论;第三部分介绍了电厂设备管理的特点并着重分析湄洲湾电厂在设备管理中遇到问题的原因;第四部分分析了湄洲湾电厂实施SAP系统对于自身设备管理的作用。最后,作者对其它企业实施SAP系统提出有益的意见和建议。研究总结出发电企业如何运用先进的管理理念,配置生产设备、人员及其它资源,实现设备管理的信息化。SAP系统不仅给企业带来了先进的管理工具,而且规范了企业的运作管理,从而提升了企业的竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Equipment system of the thermal power plant is large in scale, complex categories, which is a typical capital-intensive equipment system. For a long time, how to improve the reliability and availability of power-generation equipment has been a major research project for domestic and foreign power enterprises.Proceeding from the specific situation, the paper aim at existing problems in equipment management and characteristics of management, make an in-depth analysis on application of SAP system in equipment management of MeiZhouWan power plant in theory of EAM, trying to find an effective way of adapting to information-based equipment management for Chinese asset-intensive enterprises.The paper contents five parts. In the first chapter, introduction of SAP system and the background of MeizhouWan power plant. The second chapter introduces the equipment management theory in SAP EAM. The third chapter analyzes reasons that cause these problems. The forth chapter, with the example of MeiZhouWan power plant, studies on implementing SAP system. The final chapter, the author makes some helpful comments and suggestions for other enterprises.The paper summarizes the way of utilizing advanced management theory, collocating equipment, personnel and other resource to implement information-based equipment management. This advanced management pattern makes the management more refined and normalizes the operating management, improves the competitive competence of the enterprise.更多还原
