饭店企业竞争力影响因素及序参量研究

【摘要】 饭店企业竞争力影响因素及序参量研究对于辨析饭店企业竞争力的来源、形成与演化机理具有直接的指导意义。本文选取饭店企业竞争力为研究对象,批判性地吸收已有的战略理论,把饭店企业竞争力影响因素分为环境、饭店资源和饭店能力三大维度,根据不同因素的作用构建饭店企业竞争力内部影响因素的层次结构,在此基础上对饭店企业竞争力系统演化过程中起支配作用的序参量进行分析,提出有针对性的对策建议。全文结构如下:第一章阐述了研究背景和研究思路,提出本文的中心论题;第二章对本文的理论基础进行梳理,并区分了一些模糊概念;第三章对饭店企业竞争力影响因素及序参量进行基础分析,首先理清了企业竞争力与企业竞争优势的内在逻辑关系以及分析了饭店企业竞争优势的影响因素,其次对饭店企业竞争力这一复杂系统的内部因素自组织进行分析;第四章根据不同因素的作用构建了饭店企业竞争力内部影响因素的层次结构;第五章对饭店企业竞争力的序参量进行实证研究,根据归纳出的序参量集提出提升饭店企业竞争力的对策。通过研究发现,饭店企业竞争力是一个开放的复杂的自组织系统,系统演化的动力存在于系统的内部。饭店企业竞争力自组织系统由两大子系统构成,分别是资源系统和能力系统。实证研究表明两大子系统协同合作已产生了序参量集:企业文化、市场资源、企业家能力、战略能力和创新能力。其相互之间既相互依赖,又相互竞争,系统究竟形成何种有序结构,就要由这些序参量的协同合作和竞争来决定,这一研究对于提升饭店企业竞争力具有重要的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Research on the influential factors and order parameters of hotel competitiveness is the direct guidance for the study of sources, formation and evolution of hotel competitiveness. This paper takes the hotel competitiveness as the research object, absorbing the existing strategic theories critically and classifying hotel competitiveness influential factors into three dimensions, environment, hotel resources and hotel capacities. Then constructs hierarchical structure of internal influential factors and analyzes the order parameters of hotel competitiveness. Finally, the targeted countermeasures are proposed.The full text structured as follows: Chapter I is the background and research ideas, bringing forward the central theme of this paper; Chapter II clearly sums up theoretical foundation and clarifies some vague concepts; Chapter III analyzes the influential factors and order parameters of hotel competitiveness basically, clarifying the relation between competitive advantage and competitiveness, analyzing the self-organization of internal factors of the complex system; Chapter IV constructs hierarchical structure of internal factors according to the different function of different factors; Chapter V studies the order parameters of hotel competitiveness empirically and proposes countermeasures.The research shows that hotel competitiveness is an open, complex and self-organizing system, and the power of the system evolution exists in the internal. The system consists of two major subsystems, respectively resources system and capacities system. Empirical research shows that collaboration of the two subsystems has already produced a set of order parameters, corporate culture, market resources, entrepreneurship, strategic capacity and innovation, which depend and compete mutually. The ordered structure will be formed depending on the collaboration and competition of those order parameters, this study owns an important reference to upgrade the hotel competitiveness.
