【摘要】 轻便浅孔取样钻机广泛用于浅层矿产资源与油气资源勘探、浅层环境科学取样钻探、工程地质勘察取样,以及坑道、巷道成孔施工等很多领域。随着国民经济的大发展,浅层成孔和取样的任务量持续增多,但国内轻便浅孔取样钻机种类较少,结构型式单调,满足不了难进入地区及干旱缺水地区的钻孔取样要求。为此,中国地质大学(北京)科学钻探国家专业实验室立项开放课题进行新型轻便浅孔取样钻机的研制工作。本钻机吸取了国内外轻便钻机的结构型式特点,结合作业环境和取样要求,设计出一种振动冲击式、轻型的、易拆装、方便搬迁的新型轻便浅孔钻机。按钻机设计的一般流程和方法对该钻机进行了升降机构、振动冲击机构、机座和导向机构等的选择与设计。选择设计了手摇绞车的升降机构,由振动冲击夯改进的振动冲击机构,滑橇框架式底座,三立柱机架等。对钻机进行了加工制作,并做了两次钻进取样试验,第一次试验后对钻机及时进行改进,第二次试验时取出了较为完整的土样,较好的检验了钻机的钻进性能,又出现新的问题,需要对钻机作进一步的改进。该钻机的研制对丰富我国的浅孔取样钻探设备、满足偏远地区、缺水地区成孔取样的施工需要,满足取样纯洁的需要,都有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 New portable shallow hole sampling drill rigs are used mostly to prospect the shallow mineral resources and oil & gas resources, to obtain sample for environmental research, to obtain sample for geotechnical engineering prospecting and drilling construction in sap and laneway.With the great developments of national economy, the task of drilling shallow hole and sampling soils becomes more and more. But the domestic shallow hole sampling drill rigs are short of patterns and the patterns are monotonous. The current shallow hole drill rigs can’t meet the desire of shallow hole drilling and sampling in difficultily entered area and dry area. Thus, National Lab of Scientific Drilling of CUGB(China University of Geosciences(Beijing)) engages in research of shallow hole sampling drill rigs.Through referring to the features of structural patterns of portable drill rig in home and aboard, a vibrant and impact,lightweight, easy to knocked-down, conveniently transitted drill rig is designed. Lift mechanism,vibration and impact mechanism,the base,orienting mechanism and etc.are selected and designed by routine method. The hand winch is selected as lift mechanism, the improved vibration- impact rammer is selected as vibration and impact mechanism. The skid-framework base is selected, rack of three columns is selected.The drill rig is made and manufactured, then two sampling tests are carried out.The drill rig is improved duly after the first test. The entire soil sampling is obtained when the second test.Good drilling performance of the drill rig is verified, yet the new problems apper,the drill rig needs to be improved ulteriorly.The research of the drill rig has an important significance of enriching of shallow hole sampling equipment,of meeting the drilling and sampling construction in remote area and dry area ,of meeting the need for obtaining pure sampling.更多还原
