曹妃甸滨海新区工程建设适宜性评价

【摘要】 城市数量、规模和现代化程度不断增加的同时,城市建设所涉及到的工程问题和地质环境工程问题日趋复杂严重化。在区域的规划和城市的选址中需要对建设区的场地有一个充分的认识,一方面要考虑到工程建设场地对工程建设的适宜性,另一方面要认识到工程建设场地对工程建设的适应性或敏感性。通过对建设场地的地质条件和地质环境科学地分析研究,对建设场地进行合理地评价,才能够达到合理地规划、开发利用的目的,才能够在保护地质环境的同时更好地规划人类工程、经济活动,能够最大限度地控制人类的各种活动对地质环境的影响,使之更适宜于人类的生产和生活。论文选取曹妃甸滨海新区工程建设场地作为研究区适宜性评价的研究对象。在分析曹妃甸地区及周边沿海地区的区域工程地质条件、区域地质构造和地质环境的基础上,研究曹妃甸滨海新区工程地质条件和地质环境。根据钻孔资料分析研究区的岩土分布和性质,并通过软件C Tech建立三维地质模型,分析研究区各工程地质层的空间分布特征及性质,进一步分析研究区建设场地的工程建设条件,对建设场地的岩土的物理力学性质、地下水条件和不良地质作用进行分析评价。分析评价后,选取合适的评价因子,并对评价指标定量化,采用定性与定量方法相结合,通过模糊数学模型得出各个评价单元的值。最后,通过软件ArcView GIS对单元数值结果进行叠加、分类,利用空间分析模块对评价指标进行栅格计算,划分出适宜区、较适宜区、适宜性差区和不适宜区。论文以GIS为实现平台,通过场地工程建设适宜性评价的研究,将模糊数学方法引入评价分区过程,把模糊的边界定量化,减少了人为因素的参与,评价结果更加科学客观、准确,在工程地质评价及其他方面的评价中值得推广。

【Abstract】 While the increasing number of cities, the expanding size and the spreading degree of modernization, more seriousness problems about geological environmental engineering and increasing complexity of problems appear in the urban construction projects. Before the programming of region and the selecting site in the urban city, we need to have a full acquaintance about built-up areas. On the one hand, we should take into account the suitability of construction site. On the other hand, we should recognize the adaptability and sensitivity of the project construction site. Through analysing of geological conditions about construction sites and doing the research on geological environmental, we could achieve a reasonable assessment of construction sites.To reach the purpose of the development and utilization we could protect the geological environment to scheme human engineering and economic activities, to control the impact of the geological environment,and to make it more suitable for the production and life of mankind.In this paper, we mostly study the suitability of Project Constructional in New Region in Caofeidian. Before studying engineering geological conditions and geological environment in New Region in Caofeidian, we analyse the area and the surrounding coastal areas of regional engineering geological conditions, discuss the regional geological structure and geological environment in Caofeidian. In accordance with the borehole data, we analyse the distribution and nature of the rock in the study area. Through the establishment of three-dimensional software C Tech geological model, analyzes the study area level of the engineering geological characteristics and the nature of the spatial distribution, to further analysis the building construction site conditions, the physical and mechanical properties of rock, the soil and groundwater conditions , the role of non-performing geological and evaluation in this paper. After analysing and evaluating the data, we select the appropriate rating factor and quantitative evaluation, use qualitative and quantitative method, found fuzzy mathematical model to draw through all of the value of the evaluation unit. Finally, with applicating software ArcView GIS to overlay the results of unit value and using space analysing module to grid computing, this paper divided the study area into appropriate district, less appropriate district, inaptitude district, and not suitable and effective district.Baseing on GIS platform, through the construction site suitability evaluation studies, introducing of fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the zoning process, it could reduce the man-made influence and give a specific value. The result of assessment turns to be much more scientific,objective and accurate. The method is worth promoting in other assessments of urban engineering geological evaluation
