河北省名牌战略实施中的政府作用

【摘要】 面对当今世界经济一体化进程的加快和经济增长方式由数量型向质量型的转变的新形势,我认为提高经济运行的质量和大力实施名牌战略,创造更多知名品牌,壮大企业的竞争实力,已紧迫的摆在我们面前。我国知名品牌的缺少,特别是世界级著名品牌的缺少,更是显得与当前世界经济发展中我国的经济地位不相称。尤其最近一些发达国家对我出口产品的质量安全(包括食品、牙膏、轮胎)提出严重质疑,使我国的产品形象受到了很大的影响,国际声誉受到威胁,不得不使我们更加重视产品的质量和品牌形象。这是本论文写作的基本出发点。河北省较之发达省份无论是产品质量还是知名品牌都存在不小的差距。进一步增强全省民众的质量意识,大力实施名牌战略,对推动河北经济实现又好又快发展显得尤为迫切。而在名牌战略的实施过程中,虽然主体是企业,但是政府在这个特殊阶段也发挥着不可替代的作用,因此本文着力从政府推动的角度展开论述,具体从问题的引出、名牌战略的理论分析、国内外和省内外名牌战略实施的比较、河北省实施名牌战略的情况及存在的问题及今后的建议等几个方面围绕主题进行了分析和论述,力求对这个问题进行有益的探索。

【Abstract】 Facing the new situation of the process’quickening of today’s world economic integration and the transformation of economic growth way from scalar type to quality type, I think that improving the quality of economic operation and implementing famous brand’s strategy, creating more well-known brands, strengthening enterprise’s competition have confronted us urgently. The lack of our country’s well-known brands, especially the lack of world-class famous brands do not match with our country’s economic status in today’s world economic development. Especially, some developed countries questioned our export products’quality safety (including food, toothpaste and tire) recently, it coursed tremendous influence on our country’s product image, our international fame has been threatened, we have to pay more attention to the quality of products and the image of products’brand. These are the basic points of this paper. No matter the quality of products or the famous brands, there is big disparity between Hebei and other developed provinces. It is very urgent to promote Hebei economic development quickly and nicely on boosting up the whole Hebei people’s quality consciousness and implementing famous strategy vigorously. In the process of implementing famous brand, although the main body is enterprises, government also plays an irreplaceable role in this special stage. So, this article tries to discuss from the angle of government’s impellent role, concretely from the drawing of question, theoretical analysis of famous brand strategy, the famous brand strategy implementation’s comparison between domestic and abroad, between inside and outside province, from the implementation situation of famous brand strategy of Hebei province, existing questions and suggestions for future. The purpose of this article is to make beneficial exploration to this question hardly.
