深水桩基础施工平台的结构分析与施工控制

【摘要】 流水河右线大桥4号深水桩基础施工平台为钢管桩和钢护筒共同承力施工平台,它充分利用钢护筒作为平台支撑系统,大大节省工程造价。本文以其作为研究对象,通过对施工平台进行相关的静力和动力分析验算,肯定了钢管桩和钢护筒共同承力施工平台相比其他深水桩基施工平台的独特优势,同时对施工平台的控制和监测予以探讨。首先,本文介绍了现有各种深水施工平台,以及施工平台设计分析方法。然后,作者运用分析软件ANSYS对施工平台进行模拟,以结构力学理论为指导,以相关国家规范和施工设计要求为依据,对结构体系进行动力学分析并对施工过程中的最不利状态进行静力学分析。通过对最不利状态进行静力分析,找出钢管桩和钢护筒共同承力施工平台体系在施工过程中强度和刚度的影响因素,为施工方在施工过程中的监测控制提供参数依据;通过动力分析,分析验证平台在钻机冲击动力荷载作用下控制点的位移响应曲线,并通过对比单位简谐荷载下的位移响应曲线得出了有益结论。最后,本文分析了钢管桩和钢护筒共同承力施工平台的控制技术及标准,并通过分析该结构体系的监测过程,讨论了一般临时结构的监测方法。

【Abstract】 The 4th deep-water piles foundation construction platform of Liu Shui river right line bridge is the construction platform of steel-pipe piles and steel guide-wells as a support system. It makes full use of steel guide-wells as a great support system of construction platform, significantly savings project cost. the static and dynamic analysis about the construction platform affirms the unique advantages of the construction platform of steel-pipe piles and steel guide-wells as a a support system compared to other deep-water construction platforms. At the same time measure and control of the construction platform are also discussed in this paper.First of all, this paper introduces existing deep-water construction platforms and platform design and analysis methods. In the paper, ANSYS program is used to model the real structure. All analysis includes dynamic analysis and static analysis of the most disadvantaged states and all analysis are based on structural mechanics theory and relevant national norms and construction of the design requirements . The factors which affect strength and stiffness of construction platform of steel-pipe piles and steel guide-wells as a a support system are found out by the analysis of the dangerous states during the construction. The factors can be the parameters of measure and control during the construction.The displacement response curve of reference points under dynamic load of the drilling machine by dynamic analysis, and reachs a useful conclusion by comparing a displacement response curve of the units and harmonic load. Finally, the control technology and standards of construction platform in which steel-pipe piles and steel guide-wells as a support system are analyzed in this paper , and the general temporary structural measure methods is discussed by the analysis of the measure process.
