港池多向造波机控制系统研究及应用

【摘要】 目前,波浪模型试验广泛应用于涉及到波浪问题的海岸和海洋工程问题的研究领域。利用实验室多向造波机造波来模拟实际状况下的波浪,为工程设计和科学试验提供可靠的试验数据具有重要的意义。本文以天津大学港口海岸及近海工程实验室60×40×1.2米港池多向造波机为对象,基于MFC创建单文档作为用户主界面,进行界面程序的编写,应用VC++编程语言按照不同界面的参数要求,设定公共变量,编写不同的实现函数,进而实现时序列算法程序,开发出上位机控制程序的软件。此软件能够模拟产生各种形式的波浪,包括不同波浪要素的规则波;用不同谱型模拟单向不规则波,还可以进行不同方向函数选择的多向不规则波模拟;非线性波(椭圆余弦波、孤立波)的模拟、由不同波群因子产生的波群的模拟;设计用CSocket类进行数据通信,选择CSocketFile类和CArchive类制作数据的传输过程,设定变量作为网络命令,实现了上位机与下位机的网络通信,可以进行数据的传输,网络监视造波机的运行状况;对采集的数据进行统计分析。本文对造波机造波性能方面也做了测定,针对各种条件下造波实验,分别进行规则波品质分析,不规则波的实测谱型与目标谱型的对比分析。依据现有条件测试不同水深的最大造波极限、分析得到适合造波周期范围。最后将所开发造波控制软件成功应用到威海船厂搬迁整体波浪模型实验研究中,进行了不同水位,斜向规则波和单向不规则波造波试验和波浪数据采集,根据实验结果,提供了防波堤修改方案。

【Abstract】 At present, wave model tests are widely used in the coastal and marine engineering research. Wave simulation in laboratory can provide reliable test data. It plays an important role in the engineering design and scientific experiments.Based on the multi-directional wave maker in Tianjin University Marine and Offshore Engineering Laboratory, its wave basin is 60m in length,40m in width.1.2m in depth, Visual C++ is used as the development platform, The main user interface is created by single document file based on MFC. In accordance with the parameters of different interfaces, public variables are set and different functions are complied, and the sequence algorithm procedures are realized. This software can simulate various forms of waves, including regular waves with different parameters, irregular waves are simulated by various spectrums, and the directional function can be chosen. The software also can simulate wave groups by different group factors and non-linear waves. CSocket class is used in data communication, CSocketFile class and CArchive class are chosen to realize the process while setting variables as the network order. Network communications and data transmission between host computer and two lower computers can be implemented. The wave maker’s operating states can be observed by network. Acquisition data can be for statistics. The software also can be used in spectrum analysis and direction analysis.Some performance tests about the wave maker have been done. Regular wave qualities are evaluated. Real spectrums and ideal spectrums are compared to get the errors of irregular waves. The ranges of max wave heights and wave periods are got in different water depths under the existing conditions.By the 3D wave model test of Wei Hai shipyards relocation, wave tests are made and wave data are acquired in different water levels, including oblique regular wave and irregular wave. Based on the experimental acquired data, some suggestions are given on the breakwater project.
