【摘要】 中国烟草工业公司物流已逐渐成为行业开展物流工作的重点,随着在新一轮烟草工业公司联合重组,如何在重组中推进物流建设,要适应多点生产、集中采购、集中销售的新业务模式,研究物流体系和组织体系问题,在企业内部系统整合物流资源已经变的尤其重要。本文把研究对象定位于河北中烟的综合物流运输调度系统的设计,即把卷烟制造业中的原材料供应物流和成品卷烟销售物流的配送作为整合的对象,设计综合物流运输系统来提高烟草工业公司的运输效率,降低物流成本,提高综合竞争力。本文的研究思路是:首先分析研究背景,并提出研究问题,在此基础上仔细分析目前河北中烟公司物流配送体系存在的问题,并提出了解决的思路,然后对所要构建的综合物流运输调度系统进行了总体设计和详细设计,并对运输调度系统中实用的电子地图进行详细的设计。通过构造综合物流运输调度系统,把河北中烟工业公司和各直属企业及其职能部门与卷烟物资供应商和烟草商业公司有机地结合在一起,从而最大限度地发挥整体优势,降低运输成本,提高物流的整体效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The physical distribution of China Tobacco Industrial Corporation has gradually become the key point in the profession’s carrying out the physical distribution.Along with reorganizes joint of the Tobacco Industrial Corporation in the new round, it has become particularly important that how to advance the construction of the physical distribution in the reorganization, adapting the new service pattern,such as the multi-spot production, the centralized buying and marketting, the research of the physical distribution system and the problem of the organization system and integrating the physical distribution resources in the internal enterprise’s system.The study of this article has been located in comprehensive physical distribution transportation dispatching system’s design of China Tobacco Hebei Industrial Corporation. And it has been considered as the object of integrating, which is the raw material’s supply physical distribution in cigarette manufacturing industry and the allocation of end product’s saling physical distribution. The integrated physical distribution’s transportation system shoud be designed to enhance the transportation’s efficiency of China Tobacco Industrial Corporation, reduce the cost of the physical distribution, improve the comprehensive competitiveness. The idea of this article is that study background has been analyzed first of all, followed by putting forward the study questions. Based on this, it has given us an closer analysis of the exiting problem of China Tobacco Hebei Industrial Corporation’s physical distribution allocation system at present, and proposed the solution. And then it has designed both in general and in details for the integrated physical distribution transportation dispatching system which is to be constructed, and makes a general design for the practical electronic map in transportation dispatching system. With constructing the integrated physical distribution transportation dispatching system, it has combined organicly China Tobacco Hebei Industrial Corporation, including its sub-enterprises and its function departments, with the cigarette materials suppliers and the tobacco business companies to display the overall superiority to the foll, reduce the cost of transportation and enhance the whole efficiency of physical distribution更多还原
