高等级公路养护设备配置决策及选型系统研究与开发

【摘要】 高等级公路养护设备配置决策及选型系统的研究与开发,能够有效的解决现有公路养护设备配置过程中存在的过度配置、配置不当等问题,提供给相关管理部门具有指导意义的配置参考,以实现高等级公路养护工程在保证质量的前提下,成本最低、效率最高。本文根据我国高等级公路养护设备配置现状,以内蒙古自治区省际大通道为依托工程,进行了大量的查阅资料、调研及研究开发工作,论文完成的主要工作如下:1.根据对国内相关地区高等级公路养护设备配置状况的调研,结合内蒙古自治区省际大通道的养护设备配置现状,分析了高等级公路养护设备配置时应考虑的因素;提出了养护设备优先配置的原则及方法;给出了高等级公路养护设备配置建议;引入了总量评价及合理性评价两种养护设备配置评价方法。2.通过调研总结出养护设备选型原则及要求,并以此为基础研究了本文依托工程所涉及的高寒半湿润、半干旱地区对养护设备选型的特殊要求。3.对用户需求进行详细分析,确定了高等级公路养护设备配置决策及选型系统的设计目标;完成了系统开发的主要过程,包括系统功能设计、UML系统建模、数据库设计、安全设计等;对系统开发过程中的数据结构、数据库开发等关键技术进行了分析研究。系统采用SQL Server2000作为系统服务器端应用数据库,在Windows操作系统下,以.NET2.0为平台,采用C#对系统进行开发,以长安大学与内蒙古自治区省际通道建设管理办公室合作项目《高等级公路养护设备管理系统研究与开发》为依托工程,给出了系统的应用实例。

【Abstract】 The study and development on Configuration and Choosing System of Highway Maintenance Device can improve the intellective and reasonable way while purchasing the maintenance device. It will give a support to the related highway management bureau and achieve the purpose of low-cost, high-efficiency from insuring premise of the quality.Based on the current situation of highway maintenance device and Inner Mongolia Provincial Highway, this dissertation studies and looks up a large amount of references . It accomplishes the following achievements:Firstly, according to the research of highway maintenance device in domestic related zones ,the dissertation analyzes the influence factors while purchasing highway maintenance device, raises the principal of prior purchasing, gives the configuration while purchasing advice, introduces the amount evaluation and the rationality evaluation .Secondly, through researching, the dissertation concludes the influence factors while choosing the device, summarizes the special requirements of maintenance device under the frigid and semi-moist, semi-drought zone.Thirdly, by means of analyzing the client’s requirements, the dissertation ensures the designing purpose of highway maintenance device purchasing and choosing system, accomplishes the development of the system, it includes module function designing, UML system modeling, database designing, security designing. It studies the core technology of the data structure and database development.Under .NET framework in Windows operation system, the software adopts SQL Server 2000 as applied database of system server and C# as programming language. It relies on the cooperation project with Inner Mongolia――Study and Develop Of Highway Maintenance Device Management System. According to the project, the software illustrates the details of study.
