汽车液力缓速器开发技术研究

【摘要】 作为辅助制动装置,缓速器在大中型运输车辆上的应用日益受到人们的重视。对于常行驶于丘陵山区或市区内需要频繁使用制动的车辆,辅助制动系统能够极大地提高汽车的行驶性能,同时还能够明显改善乘坐舒适性,延长汽车传动和制动系统的使用寿命。平路上通过缓速器制动,可以控制车间距离和停车距离,使汽车制动柔和、减速平稳。本文以液力缓速器为研究对象,简单介绍缓速器的发展历史,重点叙述液力缓速器的基本结构、工作原理和控制方式。本文在液力缓速器基本结构的基础上着重研究腔体、转子和定子的受力分析以及在开发设计过程中对腔体、转子和定子中关键参数的确定;对液力缓速器提出两种冷却方案,即水冷却系统和风冷却系统,并分别对两种冷却系统开发设计中零部件参数的确定提出了具体的方法,对零部件的选型也提出了相应的措施;通过对液力缓速器工作时液体的速度分布和在充液量不同时的特性分析,以及液体在运动中能量的传递情况的分析,最后提出液力缓速器在开发设计中对液力缓速器的控制方案,简单介绍电路的控制方案,重点提出液体的七种控制方案,并对这七种控制方案的基本工作原理、优缺点进行分析。我国对车用液力缓速器的文献凤毛麟角,本论文工作为今后液力缓速器开发技术研究做铺垫基础。

【Abstract】 Up to now application of retarder to the heavy and medium vehicles an an auxiliary braking apparatus has been paid more attention by many researchers. To the vehicles usually running on the highland or in the city which make continual use of braking system, a set of assistant braking system can help a lot. This assistant system is able to augment steering capability excellently, improve comfort for passengers obviously and prolong the use limit of transmission and braking system. On flat road, the distance control between vehicles, braking smoothly and stable accelerating. Based on the hydraulic retarder.The author briefly introduces the history of hydraulic retarder, stressing on its basic structure, working principles and control modes.A stressing study into capsule, rotor, and stator`s analyzing dynamics and choose key parameter on the basic of the hydraulic retarde structure. A study means what water cooling system and wind cooling system`s choose key parameter and choose part. Taking the research into atheoretical nalyzing liquid rate, liquid volume, liquid energy, and briefly introduces the circuit control project of hydraulic retarder, and stressing sets up seven control project about liquid of hydraulic retarder, and introduce its basic structure, working principles, control modes, and advantage and disadvantage.The thesis lay a technical foundation for the technology of development of hydraulic retarder, because literature of hydraulic retarder less other country in china.
