沥青路面就地冷再生技术研究

【摘要】 随着我国公路建设的高速发展,大量早期建设的公路逐渐进入大中修期,采用何种有效方式进行维修是一个亟待解决的问题。对沥青路面废旧材料进行再生利用,可以有效提高资源利用率,保护生态环境,符合国家提出的发展循环经济、实现可持续发展的战略方针,是一个极有效的方法。因此,对沥青路面再生技术进行研究具有重要的意义。本文在国内外研究成果的基础上,根据国内普遍采用半刚性基层沥青路面这一结构特点,研究水泥稳定旧沥青路面的就地冷再生技术。在室内对冷再生混合料的各项性能进行了研究,并将其与典型的水泥稳定类材料的各项性能进行了对比,结果表明冷再生材料具有良好的路用性能,部分性能接近甚至超过水泥稳定类材料,但两者在某些性能规律上又有所不同。在室内研究成果的基础上提出了就地冷再生结构设计参数,并针对就地冷再生的特点,提出了相应的结构组合设计方法,给出了旧路情况不同时的结构设计算例。同时,对就地冷再生施工工艺进行了深入研究,提出了具体施工方法和质量控制标准,铺筑了试验路,对试验路进行了全面的试验与检测。最后对冷再生工程所带来的巨大经济和社会效益进行了分析。研究结果表明,就地冷再生技术是一项切实可行、有广阔发展前景的技术,尤其适用于缺乏砂石材料的地区和道路的大中修改建。

【Abstract】 As rapid development of highway construction in our country, a large number of early construction of the highway gradually enter major and medium repairs period, in which an effective way to carry out will be urgent. Recycling of asphalt pavements can effectively enhance the use of resources, protect ecological environment and accords with the national strategy of developing cycling economy and realizing sustainable development. Therefore, research on the technology of asphalt pavement recycling is of great significance.Based on the results of research from home and abroad, and the characteristic of the widely-adopted semi-rigid pavement in our country, the thesis studies the cold in-place recycling technology stabilized by cement. In the laboratory, studies the performance of recycling mixture, and then compared the properties with the typical kind of semi-rigid material, the results showed that the cold recycling materials has a good performance for construction, and some performance close to or even more than semi-rigid material, but some regularity of the two kind of materials are different. Based on the research results in laboratory test, puts forward the parameters for structure design of cold recycling and Structure design method and gives the structural design examples for cold recycling. Meanwhile, the clod recycling construction technology has conducted in-depth research, made specific construction methods and quality control standards and paved test road, which conducted a comprehensive test and measurement. Finally, analyzing the tremendous economic and social benefits which. brought about by clod recycling.The results show that the in-place cold recycling is a viable technology, has broad development prospects, especially in the areas where lack of stand stone for reconstruction and large and medium-sized maintenance.
