汽车ABS试验台测试分析软件系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 汽车的ABS(Anti-Lock Braking System)系统可以使汽车在紧急制动过程中获得良好的操纵性,因此得到了广泛应用。在国外,对于汽车ABS装车后的整车制动性能的检测有道路检测法和台架检测法两种。利用道路检测法检测汽车ABS装车后的整车制动性能存在投资大、费用高、精度低、受环境影响大、不能适用全部在用车辆检测等缺点,因此不宜在我国大规模普及;而利用台架模拟测试的方式检测汽车ABS装车后的整车制动性能一直是困扰我国汽车检测行业的一个技术难题。本课题根据汽车ABS的工作原理,提出了利用扭矩控制器模拟路面附着系数、利用飞轮组模拟车身平动动能的汽车ABS室内台架测试方法,并利用该检测方法研制出了一套既能够模拟汽车在不同附着系数路面上的动态制动过程,又能够同步测试出汽车各个车轮在路面附着系数发生变化时汽车ABS工作状态的试验台架。本文在试验台架的基础上,研制开发出一套具有台架自动控制、检测流程自动引导、汽车ABS制动数据自动采集处理和分析评价等功能的测控系统。为此,论文首先从汽车ABS的工作原理出发,结合道路检测方法和国外相关标准确定了本测控系统的检测指标,并对汽车ABS试验台架的关键技术及其工作原理作了介绍;再以测控系统检测指标为核心,确定了上位机与下位机“分工合作、相对独立”的数据采集模式,并对下位机系统的硬件和软件设计作了详细论述,包括硬件的整体结构、硬件设备的选型和CAN节点的模块化设计;在完成下位机的设计后,本文按照汽车ABS自动检测的要求设计出了合理的检测流程,并根据检测流程对上位机的软件系统进行了详细设计,完成如车辆报检、流程引导、自动检测、数据储存、报表打印等功能;论文最后通过部分实验数据对系统功能进行了分析,证明了该系统能够较好地完成对装有ABS车辆的制动性能的测试。

【Abstract】 The ABS used widely aboard because of the excellent instrument when vehicles in an emergent breaking. In foreign countries, there are Road Test and Bed Test in testing the function of breaking ability of whole car with ABS. The shortages of Road Test are high-investigation, high-expense, and low precision, easily affected by environment and not available for all vehicles. Thus the Road Test is not popular in domestic. However, how to practise the Bed Test is always a difficulty in China.According to the operational principle of ABS, this article raised the Bed Test that simulate the road adhesion coefficient by using the torsion controller and simulate the translation kinetic energy by flywheel group. The article not only developed a unit of dynamic brake process when the cars in various road adhesion coefficient, but also developed an experimental bed that can test the ABS working status when the wheels adhesion coefficient on road changes.On the basic of experimental bed, the article developed a system of bed auto control, auto guiding of test process, and breaking data auto-collecting, processing and analyzing. Thus, the article began with the operation principle of ABS, connected with Road Test and relating standards abroad and confirmed the test standards of the system and introduced the key Technology and operation principle of ABS experimental bed. Then the article centering on the test standards of the system and confirmed the data-collection of host computer and slave computer working independently and discussed the design of hardware and software of lower machine, including the structural whole of hardware, type-choosing if hardware equipment, building block design of CAN node. After finishing the design of slave computer, the article designed a reasonable test process according to the ABS auto test. The article also designed the software of the host computer and finished the vehicle checking and report, guidance of process, auto testing, data saving, report printing, etc. At last, the article analyzed the system function by part of the experimental data and proved that the system and complete the braking ability test for vehicles with ABS.
