桥梁铺装层全寿命研究

【摘要】 桥面铺装层是桥梁附属设施中一个重要的构件,其使用寿命短一直是困扰桥梁养护管理部门的一个难点。影响桥面铺装层使用性能的因素多种多样,不但有设计、施工和养护方面的因素,而且还存在一些环境、人为的因素,使得桥面铺装层在桥梁运营后破坏、维修反复发生。因此开展桥面铺装层的全寿命研究很有必要。本文作为交通部西部交通建设科技项目“桥梁工程全寿命设计理论与方法研究”(2004 318 822 25)的一个组成部分。以既有桥梁的桥面铺装层使用现状统计资料为基础,分析了各种类型桥面铺装层的主要破坏形式及其主要损伤原因,同时利用结构分析软件,对桥面铺装层建立空间模型模拟其受力作用过程,分析影响桥面铺装层受力大小的主要因素以及各因素与铺装层受力大小之间的关系;按照桥面铺装层所处环境的不同,以华南地区预制T、箱梁和现浇梁的桥面铺装层正常使用寿命统计数据为例,通过回归分析建立该类型桥面铺装层的正常使用寿命预测模型;从桥面铺装层全寿命的角度出发,在施工、设计等方面对铺装层的耐久性、可修性和可换性设计提出要实施的措施和注意事项,最后给出铺装层的一些施工和养护方法。研究表明:桥面铺装层破坏的主要形式有裂缝、坑槽、局部严重损坏以及沥青砼经常出现的拥抱、车辙等,引起这些破坏的主要因素有桥梁结构本身受力特征、桥面铺装层自身结构类型(材料、厚度、配筋率等)、外界环境以及桥面铺装施工、养护水平等;加强桥面铺装层与主梁之间的粘结强度、保持桥面铺装层适当厚度和含筋率(砼桥面铺装)是延长桥面铺装层使用寿命的重要措施;各种类型桥梁桥面铺装层的正常使用寿命预测模型可以采用曲线方程来模拟。

【Abstract】 Bridge deck pavement is a important pavement structure of bridge’s appurtenant works, and the shorting using life is always a difficulty which puzzles bridge workers. Factors affecting the using of bridge deck pavement is diverse, they not only relate with the steps such as the design, construction and maintenance, but also relate with the circumstance, factors caused by man. Therefore, bridge deck pavements present dilapidation repeatedly after bridges opened to traffic,the rules and criterions existed of bridge deck pavement can not satisfy the needs of design, construction and safe using,all these demand make the study on life circle of bridge deck pavements immediately.This paper is the important ingredient of”Bridgework Life Circle Design Theory And Method Study”,which belongs to Nation west traffic construction science and technology item.Basing on the statistic datum existed of bridge deck pavements,analyze the main failure modes and its main causes to damage on different styles of bridge,at the same time,through the big calculation soffware,establish the space models to simulate the course of mechanics of bridge deck pavements,analyze the main factors which affect the bridge deck pavement’s mechanics and the relations between them;according to the atmospheric circulation circumstances of bridge deck pavements, take the statistic datum of using life of prefabricated T-beam、box girders and casting girder in region of HUA-NAN as examples to returning analysis,establishing the life prediction model of this style bridge;Starting from the life circle of deck pavements,putting forward the implementing measure and the matters needing attention for the designing of durability, repairability and commutativity in constuction、designing and so on and giving some constructions and maintenance methods finally.The results shows:the shapes of damage to the bridge deck pavement have crack、pit slot、local severity damage and the phenomena of embrace、track of asphalt concret and etc, the main causes leading to these damages are diverse,such as the fators of mechanics charcteristic of structural bridge、the style of structions of bridge deck pavements themselves、the atmospheric airculation circumstances and the level of construction、maintenance;shear broken is the main style of damage to the bridge deck pavements,intensifying the bond strengh between the pavement is a effective way to prolong the using life of bridge deck pavements;the thickness of brige deck pavement、the modulus of pavement material and the braking force of vehicles are the main factors which affecting the mechanics of bridge deck pavements;the predicted models of using life of all kinds of bridge can take curve to simulate.
