预应力钢—混凝土组合梁抗弯性能研究

【摘要】 钢-混凝土组合结构是将钢材与混凝土通过剪力连接件组合成整体而共同受力的一种新型结构。钢-混凝土组合结构兼有混凝土结构和钢结构的优点,具有显著的技术经济效益和社会效益,因而被广泛运用于高速公路和城市桥梁建设中。尽管钢-混凝土组合梁在国内外都有广泛的研究,然而其理论体系还不完善,国内现行设计规范也没有相应的条款,这大大影响了该结构体系在工程中的应用。基于此,本文就预应力钢-混凝土组合梁的抗弯承载力进行了研究。在广泛收集国内外己有研究资料的基础上,文章探讨了影响预应力钢-混凝土组合梁抗弯性能的各项因素,详细介绍了将钢结构与混凝土结构连接成整体而共同工作的重要部件——剪力连接件的承载能力以及由其引起的界面滑移现象,并且推导了相应公式。为了分析预应力钢箱-混凝土组合梁的受力性能,文章以内蒙古星光互通连接线跨线桥为原型进行了模型试验研究,研究其变形发展及破坏过程,得到组合梁跨中荷载挠度曲线、交界面相对滑移曲线、跨中截面应变沿梁高的变化曲线。利用弹性分析理论,建立适合于在跨中两点对称荷载作用下钢-混凝土简支组合梁交界面滑移的计算公式;通过对组合梁在不同受力阶段的分析,得出了组合梁的承载能力计算公式;分析了由于滑移效应对预应力组合梁的刚度影响效果。并将计算结构与实测结果相比较,吻合较好。论文通过模型试验和对预应力钢-混凝土组合结构承载能力的分析,为预应力钢-混凝土组合梁的进一步研究提供了数据资料,为预应力钢-混凝土组合梁抗弯性能的进一步研究及理论分析提供参考,具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。

【Abstract】 Steel and concrete composite structure are new structures in which the steel and the concrete are integrated by connectors to take advantage of the respective properties of tension and compression. Steel and concrete composite structure have both the advantages of steel structure and concrete structure, remarkable benefit of technology economics and society have been achieved, so it has been widely used in freeway and urban bridge construction. Despite of steel and concrete composite beams have comparatively broad research in home and abroad, but there still are not respective provisions in the Chinese design specifications till now, so these aspects have a great influence on the application of this reasonable structure system. Based on these, the research on the Flexural Capacity of Prestressed steel and concrete composite beams is presented.Based on comprehensive collection of the existing research documents home and abroad, this paper expounds the factors which influenced the flexural performance of the steel and concrete composite structure, describes the especially important part of the steel and concrete composite structure-- shear connector, which integrate the steel structure and concrete structureFor the sake of analyzing the mechanical properties of prestressed steel-concrete composite beams, the paper carry through model test research which prototyped the Xingguang linking route overpass in Inner Mongolia, study the process of the composite beams being deformed, developed and broken. Then we get the midspan load-deflection curve, the slip of interface curve and strain curve which varies with its profile height. Based on the theory of elastic analysis, we can establish the calculation formula of steel and concrete composite beams which adapt to its bear symmetrical loading; through the analysis to different phase of loading of the composite beams, we can establish the calculation of bearing capacity about composite beams; analyze composit beams rigidity which influenced by slip effect. The results of calculation and testing are consistented.Through the model load test and bear capacity analysis of prestressed steel-concrete composite beams, the paper provides data information for more studies of prestressed steel-concrete composite beams, provides reference for advanced study and theoretic analysis of flexural performance of prestressed steel-concrete composite beams, and this dissertation has the certain theoretical meaning and practical value.
