同步碎石封层在沥青混凝土路面养护中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文在收集调查资料的基础上,分析了同步碎石封层技术的应用情况,分析了同步碎石目前国内应用存在的问题,总结国内以往同步碎石封层设计、施工中积累的经验,提出了原材料选择原则和方法、混合料性能测定方法及同步碎石封层设计方法,从而给同步碎石封层设计以全面的指导。研究后得出:(1)结合料最佳用量宜采用剪切力和拉拔力双指标确定;(2)国内的破乳试验不适合用来评价同步碎石所用的乳化(改性)沥青;(3)集料采用玄武岩结合料采用改性沥青和改性乳化沥青的同步碎石封层效果很好;(4)在普通沥青混凝土路面养护中,同步碎石封层的性能价格比明显优于其它表处方法;(5)外观评价比测定常规的抗滑性能等指标具有更为深刻的意义。

【Abstract】 This thesis analyzes the application of synchronization chip seal and the current domestic synchronization chipl seal technology issues,sum up the faults and defects of fomer construction and design ,and put forward the selection principle and method of materials、the determination of mixture and design of synchronization chip seal,which can guide comprehensively the design of synchronization chip seal.The principles are as following :1.Domestic mulsification test is not suitable for the evaluate of emulsion (modified) Asphalt applied in chip seal.2.Optimum dosage of alphalt is identied by pulling power and shear power;3.Performance of chip seal with basalt and modified asphalt emulsion t and modified aspshalt.4.The cost performance of synchronization chip seal is superior to the other table in ordinary asphalt pavement maintenance;5.Evaluation of appearance are even more profound significance than the conventional anti-slide performance indicators
