【摘要】 我国公路交通的跨越式发展不仅带来了巨大的经济效益和社会效益,也对公路沿线的生态环境产生了较多的负面影响,给人类文明的延续和社会经济的发展设置了较难逾越的障碍。论文在综合考虑公路交通发展内涵转变、交通规划与设计理念的发展变化等背景下,重新审视公路发展与环境保护的平衡关系,以公路交通新理念为指导,开展了公路生态环境监控系统的研究。目前,有关公路建设引发的环境问题的研究主要集中在工程恢复或补偿方面,对水土流失、噪声等不利现象开展了不同程度的监测,但忽略了对公路生态环境健康状况进行全面监控的研究,缺乏对恢复或补偿措施的动态效果追踪。论文针对现有公路环境问题对公路生态环境监控系统进行初步研究,在对公路生态环境监控内涵界定的基础上,针对公路施工期和营运期两个阶段对沿线生态环境影响的特点,确定各阶段的监控因子和测算方法,提出公路生态环境健康等级划分和相应的环境控制策略。基于现有GIS技术和计算机网络通信技术,建立基于GIS的公路生态环境监控系统,并对该系统的功能需求及结构组成等内容进行了深入的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The great-leap-forward development of the highway has not merely brought the enormouse conomic benefits and socialbenefit,but also has produced more negative effects on the ecological environment along the line of the highway. It sets up the obstacle to the continuity of the human civilization and the development of social economy. The the sisisunder considering back grounds such as development intension changing,traffic planning and development and change of design idea,etc. synthetically,scrutinize the balance relation between highway development and environmental protection closely again. Under the guidance of new idea of the highway,there search of the ecological environment monitoring system of highway is launched.At present,the research of the environmental problem caused about road construction is concentrated on resuming or compensating in project mainly,the monitoring of the phenomenon disadvantageous to soil erosion,noise,etc. have launched more or less,but has neglected the research of monitoring the ecological environment health status of the highway all-round way,and lack of track the result of resuming measures dynamically. The thesis carries on preliminary research to the ecological environment monitoring system of the highway. On the foundation that intension defines of ecological environmental monitoring of highway,the control factors of every stages and control the methods are confirmed,the method of dividing highway health grades and their control strategy are proposed. Finally,on the basises of GIS technology and computer network communication technology,the ecological environmental monitoring system of highway based on GIS is structured,and the function demands and structure of this system is deeply researched.更多还原
