草原地区一级公路升级改造适用技术标准研究

Study on the Appropriate Technical Standard of First-class Highways Upgrading and Rebuilding in the Plain

【摘要】 为了保证草原地区一级公路升级改造项目的顺利实施,本文对草原地区一级公路升级改造应采用的技术标准进行了研究。首先在对草原地区具有代表意义的内蒙古省际通道主线一级公路详细调查基础上,总结了草原地区一级公路的特点;再从决定公路设计的控制因素入手将一级公路升级改造形式分为四种:不提速不加宽封闭改造、提速不加宽封闭改造、不提速加宽封闭改造、提速加宽封闭改造,并给出选择一级公路升级改造形式的方法,其中包括线形指标分析、为了获得适宜的设计速度提出的线形指标适应度评价法、通行能力分析和服务水平评价;线形指标适应度评价法是采用模糊综合评选法评价既有公路线形与设计速度适应程度,从而作为提速或不提速改造的依据。然后通过对内蒙古省际通道主线一级公路的技术指标的分析和评价,推荐内蒙古省际通道主线一级公路(即草原地区一级公路)升级改造适合采用不提速不加宽封闭改造形式;由于内蒙古省际通道主线一级公路在草原地区非常具有代表意义,推而广之,草原地区一级公路升级改造适合采用不提速不加宽封闭改造形式,即尽可能保持现有一级公路的主体工程不变,维持现有的平纵横断面不变,即平纵横技术指标不变,同时给出草原地区一级公路升级改造技术标准选择的建议,包括升级改造形式、设计速度、路基、路面、主要技术指标等内容。

【Abstract】 In order to ensure first-class highways upgrading and rebuilding projects in the plain to be smoothly implemented, the paper is a study on how to choose appropriate technical standard for first-class highways upgrading and rebuilding projects in the plain. Firstly, based on the investigation on mainline first-class highways of provincial passage of Inner Mongolia Municipality which is the most representative first-class highways of all first-class highways in the plain, the characteristics of first-class highways in the plain are summed up. Next, from controlling factors of highway design, upgrading and rebuilding methods are divided into four methods including no speed-up and widening but only closing、speed-up and closing but no widening、no speed-up but widening and closing、speed-up and widening and closing. And a process is put up on how to choose appropriate method of first road upgrading and rebuilding, which include alignment index analysis、alignment index adaptable evaluation in order to obtain appropriate design spend、traffic capacity analysis and service level evaluation. Alignment index adaptable evaluation is an evaluation method of adaptability between exiting highway alignment and design speed by applying the theory of fuzzy comprehensive appraisal, as increased speed or not increased speed transformation basis. Then, through analysis and evaluations of technical index of mainline first-class highways of provincial passage, it is suggested that no speed-up and no widening and only closing is the most appropriate upgrading and rebuilding method for provincial passage. Finally, because mainline first-class highways of provincial passage is the most representative in the plain, first-class highways upgrading and rebuilding projects in the plain must adopt no speed-up and no widening and only closing, which must retain existing roads as far as possible and maintain existing vertical and horizontal-technical index as far as possible. And suggestions on choosing first-class highways upgrading and rebuilding technical standard in the plain is put up, including upgrading and rebuilding methods、design speed、subgrade、pavement、primary technical index and so on.
