【摘要】 近年来,随着城市化进程的加快,交通问题已成为社会关注的焦点,特别是大城市交通拥堵问题、污染问题、能源问题已成为制约社会经济发展和人民生活品质提高的重要因素。为保障城市交通可持续发展,全世界都在努力寻找更为环保的“绿色交通”方式。并在鼓励发展公共交通和追求绿色环保交通的目标下,对无轨电车重新研究和重视。本文在研究分析国内外大城市无轨电车交通发展历史及现状等资料的基础上,对在大城市如何发展无轨电车进行全面的论证分析。首先通过对无轨电车交通的发展历史,国内外无轨电车交通现状的分析比较,指出无轨电车交通在大城市交通可持续发展中存在的必然性。其次,探讨了交通可持续发展的各项要求和可持续发展目标下无轨电车与其它公共交通方式的特性比较,证实无轨电车交通是最符合交通可持续发展要求的公共交通方式之一。接着从交通可持续发展、经济可持续发展和社会可持续发展三个方面论证了适当发展无轨电车交通是保障城市交通可持续发展的有效措施,同时运用弱强势(SWOT)分析法对我国发展无轨电车交通进行综合分析,得出无轨电车是大城市交通可持续发展最有效的交通工具之一,并结合无轨电车交通当前的现状,从多个方面提出无轨电车交通优化的举措。本文最后以西安市为例,分析了西安发展无轨电车的现状和存在的问题,对无轨电车在大城市适度发展的可行性进行论证,并对今后西安市发展无轨电车打下一个良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the accelerated process of urbanization, the traffic problems have become the focus of the community, especially traffic congestion, pollution, energy issue in mega polis has become the important factors that constrains development of social and economic and the improvement of people’s life. To ensure sustainable development of urban transport, the whole world is trying to find the“green”manner that more energy-saving, environmentally friendly. And in the goal to encourage the development of public transport and pursuit of green traffic, the trolley buses have been studied and paid attention once again.On the basis of the studying and analysis on about the historical development and the status quo of trolley bus in megapolis in domestic and international, how to develop trolley bus is analyzed comprehensively.Firstly, the inevitability that the trolley bua gets a sustainable development in major cities is pointed out,the analysis of the development history of trolley bus and its traffic status quo in domestic and abroad;Secondly,the requirements of traffic sustainable development is discussed,and the trolley bus is confirmed as one of public transports that accord with the requirements of sustainable development of traffic.Then,it is confirmed that the appropriate development of trolley bus is an effective measure to ensure sustainable development of urban transport form the three aspects-the sustainable development of traffic,economic and social.The weak strong(SWOT) analysis is used to analyze the development of trolley bus,and trolley bus as one of most effective public transports is proved to accord with the requirements of sustainable development of traffic. And with the current status quo of the trolley buses traffic, the trolley bus traffic optimization is pointed out form a number of aspects.Finally, taking an example of Xi’an, the status of the trolley bus is analyed, and the feasibility of the development appropriately of trolley bus in the future in megapolis is demonstrated.It has laid a good foundation to the development of trolley buses in Xi’an.更多还原
