抗滑桩处治高填方路堤滑坡技术研究

【摘要】 采用定性与定量相结合的综合法对陵川公路滑坡进行稳定性分析,判断出该滑坡处于不稳定的状态。确定陵川公路滑坡属于山坡和沟槽堆积物沿基岩顶面风化残积层滑动的堆积土滑坡,且为高填方路堤的大型滑坡。提出了以预应力锚索抗滑桩+普通抗滑桩的组合支护结构治理滑坡,采用预应力锚索框架结构和植草技术对滑坡段路基边坡进行防护的方案。通过理论计算,分别分析了抗滑桩桩身长度、预应力大小对桩身弯矩、剪力的影响规律,为确定桩长和预应力大小以及配筋提供了可靠的理论依据。对合理的施工机械组合、成孔施工工序、桩身混凝土浇筑方案、锚索施工技术、回填土施工技术等进行了研究,提出施工期和运营期的边坡防排水措施。进行现场测试发现,抗滑桩下部滑坡体在雨季活动剧烈,滑动规模受外界条件影响,雨水是诱发滑坡的主要因素;在施工平台开挖深度较大的情况下,抗滑桩上部滑体在雨季没有再发生新的滑动,抗滑桩受力也在正常的工作状态,说明施工过程中上部滑坡体的稳定性没有受到开挖施工平台的影响,施工方案是合理的,支挡结构发挥了重要作用;对施工期的现场测试成果与理论计算结果进行了对比分析,施工期抗滑桩内力的实测结果和理论计算结果基本一致,而且抗滑桩内力在设计范围内,表明处治方案是合理的、可行的。

【Abstract】 Stability analysis for Lingchuan highway landslide was done by qualitative and quantitative methods. Lingchuan highway landslide is unstable. Lingchuan highway landslide will be a large-scale landslide, and belong to accumulated soil landslide which hillside and groove accumulations slide on the bedrock top surface. In order to deal with the slide,the combined strutted structure which is made of anti-slide pile with prestressed cable and normal anti-slide piles were put forward and used. Prestressed anchor cable frame and techniques of planting grass were proposed to protect subgrade slope of the landslide section.Through theoretical calculations,the influence law for length of anti-slide pile and prestress value on pile moment, shear were analysed, which offered theoretical basis for determining the pile length, prestress value and reinforcement. The reasonable construction machinery association, pore-forming construction process, pile concrete pouring scheme, anchor cable construction technology and backfill construction technology were studied, then the waterproof and drainage measures for slope both in construction period and operation period were put forward. Through field test, it was found that landslide was active during the rainy season,the sliding scale was influenced by external conditions, rainwater was the main factor which induced landslide. On condition that excavation depth of construction platform is bigger, the upper landslide does not slide during the rainy season, and the force of anti-slide pile is natural, which indicates that the stability of upper landslide is not influenced by excavating construction platform. So the construction scheme is reasonable, and the strutted structure play important role. Comparing the measured results with the theoretical results during the construction period, it is found that the measured results of internal force for anti-slide pile and that of theoretical results is basically consistent. The internal force for anti-slide pile is in the design scope, which shows the treatment scheme is reasonable and feasible.
