【摘要】 在制造型企业中,要进行生产能力的合理评估,首先需要确定合适的生产组织方式,然后需要解决的就是生产能力的决策问题,即了解在此种组织方式下,我们是否可以满足计划和市场的需要。如果生产能力过剩(某些行业已出现此类问题),则会造成资源的浪费;如果生产能力不足,就会失去市场竞争机会此,。因生产能力评估方法的研究对制造行业来说是极为重要的,管理者必须综合本企业的实际生产现状,选择合适的方法,做出有效的生产能力决策。本文主要是以制造型企业的生产现状为研究背景,以生产车间为研究对象,从其内部的工作流程出发,对整个制造过程中的生产能力做系统的研究分析,提出了一套由产能的核算到评估再到调整的完整的评估方案。首先对各类型企业如何进行生产能力的核算做出系统的归纳与总结,然后针对不同企业进行评估模型及调整算法的详细设计,最后实施评估系统的设计与开发,完成了产能评估理论与实际应用的结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the ma nufacturing enterprise, the first thing is deciding what product to provideand its organization way, and the next step to be resolved is the issue of decisionmakingabout the production capacity, which makes us understa nd whether we cansatisfy the pla n and the market need under such organization way. The excess capacityof production (such problem has appeared in some certain professions) ma y lead to theresources waste; if the production capacity deficiency ma y lead to lose the marketopportunity. Therefore, the research of production capacity evaluation on thema nufacturing industry is extremely important; the ma nager must synthesize theenterprise’s actual production status to choose the appropriate method to make aneffective decision-making capacity.This article takes the ma nufacture enterprise’s production status as the ma inlyresearch background and the production workshop as the object of study, from itsinternal work processes, the whole process of ma nufacturing production capacity of thesystem to do the research and analysis, point out an integrity set of the assessmentprogram from calculation to assessment, and to adjust about Production capacity. Firstof all, for all types of businesses how to make productive accounting system inductionand conclusion, and then for different business models to assess and adjust the detaileddesign of algorithms, and fina lly the implementation of evaluation system design anddevelopment, completed the capacity to assess the theory and practica l applica tioncombination.更多还原
