【摘要】 电力是国家基础产业之一,它与国民经济的健康发展和人民的日常生活息息相关。近年来,随着国民经济高速增长,电力工业得到了飞速发展。随着人们对物质、精神文化生活追求的不断提高,人们对电力的依赖程度将更高,对电力供应的数量和品质也将提出更高的要求。随着电力体制改革的深入进行,需要电力企业从投资主体的视角,注重电力工程投资项目建设,提高电力企业投资项目经济效益,降低电力企业投资项目风险,满足区域经济发展和人们生活对电力的需求。本文从投资主体的角度出发,运用项目管理理论、项目经济效益评价理论,对QFFP建设项目的经济效益进行系统的分析和研究,对项目的市场环境,工程建设条件,生产技术手段,财务经济状况,筹资和投资状况进行分析,运用盈亏平衡分析法和经济敏感性分析法对QFFP项目风险进行量化评价,提出了该项目风险应对措施,构建QFFP项目经济效益指标体系和模糊层次经济效益评价模型,并应用于该项目的实际评价中,从定性和定量相结合的角度,对QFFP项目的经济效益进行评价,使其项目投资决策更具有科学性和实现可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Power industry is one of national basic industries, which is closely linked with national economy and the people’s life. With the Chinese power enterprise reform deeply and deeply, with the people’s material, spiritual and cultural life continuous improves, people’s reliance on the electricity will be higher, and need better quantity and quality of electricity supply. With the deepening reform of electricity enterprises, the power enterprises should focus it from the investment perspective, and pay more attention to the investment projects in power engineering fields, improve the investment projects economic efficiency, reducing the risk of investment projects, that to meet regional economic development and people’s lives demands on the power.From the investor view, with the theory of project management and economy benefit analytics, analyzes and studies the QFFP Project, The thesis analyzes the project’s economy environment, construction conditions, production technology, finance conditions, financing and investment conditions. With the support of profit and loss balance and economy sensitivity analytical method, the thesis analyzes the risk of the QFFP project; find the response measures for the project risk. The thesis set up the QFFP Project economic benefit evaluation index system and the fuzszy multiple comprehensive assessment of economic benefit model and apply the thesis conclusion to assess the QFFP Project. From qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis view, it makes the investing decision-making more scientific and exercisable.更多还原
