基于delphi的网络考核系统设计与实现

【摘要】 随着经济和社会的发展,终身教育观念的普及和计算机技术的发展,出现了无纸张式考试系统。它有利于计算机辅助教学的迅速发展,是计算机科学、教育测量理论科学相结合的产物。本论文从部队实际出发开发了一套网络考试系统,实现了军队考试信息管理以及考试流程的系统化、规范化和自动化,提高了军队主管考试部门的工作效率。本系统是以Delphi作为前台开发工具,以SQL Server 2000作为后台服务数据库,采用C/S体系结构设计,以实现对考生数据库的建立和管理为目的的一套考试系统。它由4个子系统组成,分别是管理子系统、考试子系统、题库管理子系统和阅卷子系统,主要实现考生信息管理、试题数据库管理和考试、阅卷评分等功能。这套考试系统加强了对考生信息的管理,从而实现人、计算机和数据之间的信息交流,使信息管理员可以有效地管理信息,大大提高了整个考试系统的信息效率。军队网络考核系统重点是对网络考试的自动组卷策略进行了深入的研究,并在传统遗传算法的基础上研究了一种改进的方法,即采用分段实数编码设计,克服了二进制计算量大的问题,取消编码、解码过程,同时在遗传算子操作时采用相同题型整段进行交叉、段内变异的方法,更好地反映了组卷问题的基本特性和实际组卷情况,这样大大降低了问题求解难度提高了遗传算法的性能和效率;另外,本系统还采用了自适应的交叉概率和变异概率的调整,增加了种群个体的多样性,有效抑制“早熟”现象的发生。系统的实现对推动和促进军队的全面建设特别是信息化建设有着重要的、深远的意义,既节省各类资源,又减轻首长机关领导工作负荷。该系统开发后具有很强的实用性和很重要的推广价值。

【Abstract】 With the development of the economy and the society, the popularization of education for life and the improvement of the computer skills, there are non-paper exam system. It is the outcome of the combination among the computer science and the measure theory. According to the fact in the army, this paper developed a on-line examination system, which realized the supervision of the exams in the army and the systematism、the standardization and the automation of the exams. It improved the efficiency of the governing department in the army.This system is based on SQL Server 2000 as background service data-base, while the foreground applications are developed by Delphi, and use the design of C/S system, to realize the aim of building and supervising the students’ data-base. The system mainly consists of 4 subsystems: supervision subsystem, examination subsystem, test questions subsystem and reading examination paper subsystem, which realizes the functions of supervising the information of the students , the examination and the grading. This supervision system can enhance the managing of the students’ information to realize the intercourse among people, computer and the data and make information administrators supervise information by management information system, which greatly improves the system efficiency.The key of this system is the in-depth research on the auto-reading strategy of the on-line examination. It provides an improved method based on traditional genetic algorithm: the design of subsection utilize paragraphed interger coding, overcome the defect of complex calculate of the binary system, cancel coding and decodeing,at the same time ,using same type complete section to cross, mutation in the section , cross in a whole segment, mutation in section when generation operators operate. It reflected well the basic characteristics of making test paper problem and the fact of actual making test paper, reduced the difficulty greatly and enhanced the genetic algorithm performance and the efficiency ; Moreover, this system adopt the auto-adapted crossover probability and the mutation probability, increasing the population individual multiplicity, restraining premature phenomenon.The realization of this system can improve the all-around building of the army, especially the information building, which is so meaningful that can economize energy resources and reduce the burthen of higher-up department. This system is full of practicability and should be generalized energetically.
