轴系裂纹故障模拟试验研究

【摘要】 论文介绍了柴油机轴系裂纹故障诊断的研究现状,阐明了柴油机轴系裂纹故障诊断研究的重要性和必要性。介绍了柴油机轴系扭转振动算法、扭转疲劳裂纹动态特性、扭振测试和分析方法。论文运用Matlab软件编制精细时程积分计算程序对模拟试验装置进行了数值仿真,采用频谱进行分析。论文将制作的平行滑板扭振激振器应用于轴系试验台中,并进行了完好轴和裂纹轴的扭振对比试验,为柴油机轴系裂纹故障诊断的进一步研究奠定了基础。论文首次研制了激励源频率和占空比可控的小型轴系扭转振动试验台,并对试验台主要振动参数进行了计算。此试验台可进行有无裂纹的试验轴扭振信号对比试验。论文通过激励可控轴系试验台进行了有无裂纹的轴系扭振试验,结果表明所研制的激励源起到了模拟柴油机激励的作用,使裂纹轴刚度的变化得到了响应。从试验结果和分析中得到了柴油机模拟轴系裂纹故障诊断的扭振信号特征。

【Abstract】 The paper introduced the current research tendency of diesel engine shafting crack fault diagnosis, and described the importance and necessity of diesel engine shafting crack fault diagnosis research. It explained the algorithm of diesel engine torsion vibration, the dynamics of torsion fatigue crack, torsion vibration testing and analyzing methods.The paper programmed progressive integral calculation by Matlab software, and performed mathematical simulation and frequency domain wave analysis for tester.The paper applied the parallel-sliding-board type torsion vibration exciter to shafting tester, and performed contrast test between good shafting and cracked shafting, in order to make good foundation for further research work for diesel engine torsion vibration fault diagnosis.It firstly have developed small shafting torsion vibration tester which had variable exciting frequency and duty ratio. The paper calculated main vibration parameters. The contrast test between with cracked shafting and non-cracked shafting could be performed on the tester.The paper fulfilled shafting torsion vibration test with cracked shafting and with non-cracked shafting on variable exciting shafting tester. The results have shown that the exciting source has played the role of simulating diesel engine excitation, so the change of cracked shafting stiffness has responded. The torsion vibration signal characteristic for diesel engine shafting crack trouble shooting was acquired by experimental result and analysis.
