建筑模网混凝土墙体水平抗剪承载力与延性研究

【摘要】 帝枇(Dipy)建筑模网混凝土技术是一种用于混凝土成型的永久置留性模板技术,在模网内浇筑混凝土后即可形成墙体。当用于外墙时,可在一面整合保温材料,现场浇筑混凝土后便可制成一次现浇成型的集承重和外保温于—体的复合模网混凝土墙体。模网混凝土墙体根据配筋方式的不同,有I型与II型两种。Dipy模网混凝土建筑具有诸多技术优势和显著的经济效益,是一项符合现阶段中国国情、能够有效解决墙体改革与建筑节能关系的先进技术。本文在详细总结了国内外研究现状与成果的基础上,应用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS作为研究工具,着重对建筑模网混凝土剪力墙的抗剪承载性能进行了分析。首先,根据已有I型建筑模网试验模型,建立了对应的三维有限元模型,通过分析墙体在水平及竖向荷载同时作用时的承载力和延性性能,将有限元计算结果与试验结果对比,证明本文有限元计算模型的可靠性。之后,对II型建筑模网墙体进行了分析,与采用相同材料性能和配筋的I型建筑模网墙体进行对比,显示出II型建筑模网墙体在承载力和延性性能方面的优势。鉴于II型模网混凝土剪力墙在承载力和延性等方面的工作性能要优于I型模网混凝土剪力墙,文章进一步分析了混凝土强度等级、拼缝筋的直径、连接钢片的数量等因素对II型模网混凝土剪力墙抗剪承载性能的影响。最后,针对研究结果,提出了一些能够提高建筑模网混凝土剪力墙工作性能的建议和意见。

【Abstract】 The Dipy concrete shuttering kit technology is about the permanent formwork for concrete. Pouring the concrete into the formwork can form shear wall. While applied to outer wall ,one side of the formworks shall be covered by insulating layers ,with the performance of bearing loads and keeping warm .It has two forms we called I and II according to the difference of reinforcement bar .The buildings using this technology are predominant in the aspect of technology and economic returns. It complies with the policies on wall innovation and energy saving.The results of the research in and abroad has been summarized in this treatise .Then the ANSYS program is used to do simulation study on shear resistance capacity of concrete shear wall with permanent shuttering kit.First,A 3D finite element model is established to study the shear resistance capacity of shear wall. By comparing the analytical results with the test results about type I, it turns out that the model is reliable.Second, the research on type II using the same material with type I is executed. The results prove that it has better shear resistance capacity performance than type I.Third, the influencing factors of shear strength-- the concrete grade, the diameter of the reinforcement bar and the number of the sheet steel are discussed.Finally, some suggestions are proposed to improve the performance of concrete shear wall with permanent shuttering kit.
