【摘要】 以往的卫星通信地面站与卫星测控地面站是分开建设,相对独立的,相应的地面站的管理与监控也是随各自系统分体建设。随着卫星通信、测控技术的发展需求的提高,卫星通信地面站向一体化方向发展,一体化通信测控综合地面站同时肩负着卫星数据传输和卫星遥控遥测的双重任务。这样,就对卫星地面站的管理和监控也提出了更高的要求。建立在计算机通信、网络和控制基础上的卫星通信与测控一体化地面站的集中监控管理和控制系统是实现一体化地面站设备集中监控、地面站系统集中测试、任务规划和流程管理的重要手段和方式。本文在总结以往卫星地面站监控系统优缺点的基础上,贯彻“适用、可靠、先进、经济”的原则,详细分析了卫星通信测控综合地面站的应用需求和特点,紧密结合工程实际,提出了一套完整的卫星通信与测控一体化地面站的集中监控管理控制系统开发方案。本文着重分析了系统需求,提出了系统总体设计方案;从软件工程的角度描述了软件开发的详细过程,研究成果予以了实验验证。本文给出的集中监控管理和控制系统方案为其它卫星地面站的监控管理设计框架和实现方法提供了思路,为将来的实现卫星通信与测控系统的高效、安全、可靠运行打下了坚实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Satellite communication earth station and satellite telemetry Telecontrol station established usually separate, whose subsystems are also established with the irrespective monitoring and controlling earth stations. With the technology development for satellite communication and telemetry & Telecontrol technology and change of all applications, it is a trend for integrating the satellite communication earth station and satellite telemetry & Telecontrol earth station, which can carry out both tasks of satellite data transmission and satellite telemetry & Telecontrol. Therefore, It is necessary for a integrated monitor and control management system.Integrated monitoring & controlling management and control system of the integrated earth station, which is built on the basis of computer communication, network and control, is an important method to realize the centralized monitoring & controlling, centralized test, task planning and process management for the integrated earth station. In this paper, based on the characteristics of monitoring & controlling system of satellite earth station and following the principle of suitable, reliable, advanced and economical, the author makes a detailed analysis on this integrated earth station application demands and characters. Meanwhile, according to the actual project, the author provides a set of complete system development scheme for the integrated earth station, which describes the whole process in terms of software project, analyses system demand, puts forward to the general scheme of the system and proposes the realization of the system.This paper provides a solution for the frame and realization of the centralized monitoring & controlling management design to establish a stable base for efficient, safe and reliable operation of satellite communication and telemetry & Telecontrol system.更多还原
