地县一体化的电能量采集系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 本文根据目前电能量采集系统的研究和运行现状,结合系统的建设特点和发展方向,提出了电能量采集系统按地县一体化建设的解决方案。文章结合集成化、标准化、流程化、实用化的主要方向,基于软、硬件平台的协同工作环境,实现了地县数据采集和处理的协同工作;基于CIM搭建了标准的底层平台,满足大量数据高效存储的需要,并实现了各种统计对象、报表的自动生成和维护;在可靠、完整、准确的采集、获取和处理的基础上,统一实现了数据共享平台,支持横、纵向多系统多发多收的接口实现;与运行维护制度相吻合,实现了换表、换CT等各种业务的流程化操作与跟踪;在应用方面,在实现各种基本应用的同时,可很好地与各种制度和政策吻合、满足各种关键用户的应用需求,并支持多方向的应用拓展。

【Abstract】 This text collects the research and application actuality of energy acquistion system, combining the construction characteristics and developping direction of the system, puts forward the solution of the construction for municipal-county integration energy acquistion system.The article combines the main direction such as integration, standardization, flow process, practicability, basing on the cooperative work environment of hardware and software platform, carries out the cooperative work of municipal-county data acquisition and processing. Builts the standard bottom platform according to CM, satisfes the efficiently saving demand of a great deal of data, and accomplishes the building and maintenance automatically of various statistics objects and reports. In the basic of the data collecting, obtaining and pricessing reliably, inextenso and accurately, this article carries out unifiedly a data share platform, supports many transverse and lengthways systems’ interface to deliver and receive data. Then inosculating the running and maintenance system, this article implements the processed operation and track for various business process such as changing meter, changing CT etc. In addition to various basic application, this article carries out various application which can fit commendably series of system and policy, satisfy with all key customers’ demand, and support some direction’s application expand.
