电网限流措施的最优配置研究

【摘要】 随着电能需求量的不断增加,电力系统装机容量急剧上升,特别是500KV电网,大机组比率增大,且大机组一般升压后直接接入高压电网,从而造成电网短路电流水平过高,部分区域的短路电流已接近或已超过开关的遮断容量。因此系统短路电流超标的问题将会越来越严重。研究控制电网短路电流的措施,是目前研究电网发展的重要内容之一。系统短路电流的超标是电网的安全运行的严重隐患。本文提出了利用整数规划的方法,求得电网限流措施的最优方案,着重研究用0-1变量模拟线路开合,增加限流电抗或母线分裂,即利用整数规划,寻找一种实用的计算方法。

【Abstract】 Recently, expansion in the scale of power systems and development of power sources, especially large units connected directly to the 500-kV systems, are leading to an increase in fault current. In the future, it is quite likely that the fault current at the interconnection of such power systems may exceed the interrupting capacity of the circuit breakers.Significant research should be focused on short-circuit current limiting as increasing fault current greatly reduces ability of power grid to function. In this paper, an optimization algorithm based on integer programming is proposed. This algorithm, in which behaviors of breaker switching resulting in different grid structures are simulated by 0-1 variables, is efficient and suitable for finding the optimal solutions to short-circuit current limiting.
