城市空间形态建筑策划方法研究

【摘要】 随着建筑事业的不断发展,建筑策划越来越受到重视,逐渐成为了一门独立的学科。建筑策划注重与业主、使用人员的沟通,在建筑专业领域之外更涉及到社会学、经济学、数理统计等方面的知识,从而能够全面的把握项目,为下一步工作提供理论依据。随着我国经济发展、城市化水平的提高,关注城市空间环境质量的呼声也越来越高,在城市规划、城市设计等城市空间设计方法之外,探索以建筑策划为理论、方法基础,结合其他已有空间设计方法,对城市空间进行策划和设计的方法,是本文的主要内容。文中并着重探讨了城市空间设计中注重多方面人员沟通、多学科交叉研究以及保证策划施行的方法等内容。本论文共分为四个部分。第一、二章节主要阐述了城市空间形态建筑策划的研究背景和意义,并总结了现有城市空间形态的研究发展理论与实践;第三、四章节对城市空间形态建筑策划的理论构架、策划流程和策划方法等进行了研究。第五章以嘉兴科技城空间形态建筑策划研究为实际案例,探讨了空间形态建筑策划方法的具体应用。最后对于空间形态建筑策划需注意的问题、未来的发展等问题进行了思考。

【Abstract】 Architectural programming has been a separate academic subject as the development of architecture design and construction. With the emphasis on the communications with owners and users, many subjects such as sociology, economics and mathematical statistics are involved in architecture programming. Thus, by using architectural programming, we can have a comprehensive view of building projects and provide theoretical basis for further work.With the development of economic and urbanization, people in China have paid more and more attention to the quality of city space. In this case, to explore a new method of city space programming and design which is on the basis of architectural programming and combines other methods is the content of this thesis. This thesis mainly studies the participation of persons who are involved in the constructions and the techniques to implement the result of programming.This thesis has four parts. Chapter I and II are the first part of this thesis which mainly introduces the background and significance of spatial programming and summarizes the existing research and practice on design of city space. The second part of this thesis contains the Chapter III and IV and studies the theoretical framework, process and methods of spatial programming. Chapter V is the third part and takes Jiaxing Science City as an example to practice the theory. The final part is Chapter VI and gives some thinking on the questions and further of spatial programming.
