信用伦理视角下的职业经理人问题研究

【摘要】 在西方,企业的发展使得职业经理人成为一个日益引人瞩目的群体,正是因为他们让我们看到了一个又一个经济奇迹。在中国,伴随着市场经济改革的不断深入和经济的飞速发展,职业经理人作为我国经济发展中的一线主力其地位也正在凸现。然而,近几年来,职业经理人与企业、企业所有者上演了一幕幕分分合合之剧,使职业经理人与企业所有者双双落入了信用缺失的陷阱,一方面企业和企业所有者困惑于难以找到值得信任的职业经理人,另一方面职业经理人在寻求值得信任的企业所有者过程中也倍感失落。对此,经济学和管理学界对中国职业经理人的信用问题从建立现代企业激励—约束机制、社会信用制度等方面做了有益深入的探讨。然而,信用问题首先是道德价值问题,需要从伦理学领域进行分析,明确职业经理人应该遵循的价值理念。本文笔者将本文行为主体定位在信用这种道德框架内,借用伦理研究将其人格化,在人伦关系和共同体中重塑人格统一性。通过道德践履而内化为心灵自觉的道德品性,即德性或美德(这便是个体的人格),并融合道德人和经济人从而引入权利人,致使职业经理人(权利人)更好的服务于中国市场经济建设。本文在人性假设理论的指导和多方咨询相关专家的基础上,从职业经理人、企业组织及外部环境角度提出了原因假设,在具体验证这些假设时,笔者采取了问卷调查的方式,借助于社会统计分析软件SPSS对问卷的调查结果进行分析,并从信用伦理的视角切入,着眼于对信用理念内在德性自律引导的挖掘,又致力于信用的外在制度安排和他律强制性规则的建设,从而将自律与他律结合共建社会道德共同体。

【Abstract】 In the West, with the development of enterprises and society, professional managers become the increasingly eye-catching groups, and it is precisely because they let us see one after another economic miracle. In China, with the continuous deepening of economic reform and rapid economic development, professional managers are highlighting its status. However, in the last few years, the professional manager and the enterprise, the enterprise owners have occurred case of success and failures, caused the professional manager and the enterprise owners has fallen into the credit flaw trap in pairs.On the one hand, enterprises and enterprise owners puzzled it is difficult to find worthy of the trust of professional managers, on the other hand in the search for professional managers trusted business owners also felt lost in the process. In this regard, economics and management scholars on Chinese professional managers of the issue of credit from the establishment of a modern enterprise incentive - restraint mechanisms or social credit system and so on, has done a deeply discussions. But, credit problem, first of all, is a morality, and need to analyze from ethics, make a professional manager clear ought to abide by values and ideals. In this paper, the professional managers will be located in the framework of the credit ethics, and ethical research will use its personification in order to unify it in human moral relations and community relations. Through moral and soul practice consciously into a moral nature, namely, morality or virtue (the individual personality), the moral person and the economic person who are united that lead into the right person, which professional managers (the right person ) better serve the construction of Chinese market economy.On the basis of the theory of human nature and expert advice, this paper presents the assumption from professional managers, enterprises and the external environment perspective. Making use of the way of the questionnaire which was analyzed by means of SPSS13.0, the author certified their assumptions. At the same time, the author research the autonomy of the credit ethics which will be standardized the virtue and the heteronomy of laws and regulations system which will be standardized the norms.Thereby, the moral community of society will be build together with the autonomy and heteronomous union.
