提高立式磨加工性能的数字样机仿真技术

Digital Simulation Research on Grinding Capability of the Vertical Roller Mill Based on Virtual Prototyping

【摘要】 近几年来,立式磨因其结构紧凑、粉磨效率高和操作容易,在水泥生料和煤粉生产中得到了广泛的使用和长足的发展。随着立式磨的广泛使用,对立式磨的加工过程进行研究,成为现今立式磨研究的重点。传统的研究方法,不但耗费大量的人力、物力,较长的研究周期,而且影响辊式磨的正常生产。本文率先将虚拟样机技术应用到立式磨的研究上,建立了立式磨磨辊部件的数字样机;对磨辊部件进行了动力学和运动学的仿真分析。并根据立式磨实验的功能特点设计了可以对多种粉磨状态的粉磨机理和加工性能实验分析的立式磨实验样机。主要研究内容如下:结合山东某水泥厂的现场工况,分析了立式磨的工作特点,提出了利用虚拟样机技术对磨辊部件动力学及运动学特性进行仿真分析的研究思路。用Unigraphics软件建立了立式磨磨辊部件的零件并进行了装配,建立了磨辊部件的实体模型,并将磨辊部件的模型利用Unigraphics与ADAMS仿真软件的数据接口导入到仿真环境中。在仿真软件ADAMS中添加约束、负载及运动驱动,建立了磨辊部件的虚拟样机,分别以磨辊液压力和磨盘转速为输入变量,对虚拟样机进行仿真分析。根据仿真结果总结了磨辊液压力和磨盘转速对Polysius辊式磨加工性能的影响,其结果对实际生产情况具有指导意义。总结国内外立式磨实验样机的应用特点,依据立式磨的粉磨机理和加工工艺,设计了可以对柱形磨辊、锥形磨辊、鼓形磨辊的粉磨机理和加工性能进行实验分析的立式磨实验样机,为后续研究奠定了更好基础。

【Abstract】 In the past few years, because of compactness structural, high energy efficiency, excellent drying capacity and facile operation, the vertical roller mills became increasingly dominant for grinding raw materials for the cement industry and for grinding coal dust. Today with the vertical roller mills largely used, research on processing of grinding, become the focus of the research. Traditional research method not only consumes a large number of manpower, material resources, longer research cycle, but also affects the vertical roller mill’s normal production. The thesis makes the lead in applying virtual prototyping to bear on the research of vertical roller mill, establishes the digital prototyping of the roller, and makes the mechanical system dynamic simulation analysis on the roller of a vertical roller mill. According to the characteristic of domestic and international model machine of vertical roller mill, the thesis designs a model machine, which can carry on experimental analysis about the mechanism of grinding and the grinding characteristics of column form roller, conic roller, drum form roller. The main points of the thesis are listed below.Combined with a cement company of SHANDONG province, the working characteristic of the vertical roller mill is analysed, and the method for dynamic and kinetic simulation on the vertical roller mill by using virtual prototyping is put forward. Assembly model of the roller is built in the Unigraphics environment, and the model is imported to the simulating environment by using the data interface between Unigraphics and ADAMS.The constraints, loads and motions are added to the model in ADAMS simulation software, and the virtual prototyping of the vertical roller mill is established. The simulation analysis is carried on by taking specific grinding force and table speed as input variables. According to the simulation results, have summarized the specific grinding force and table speed to influence of Polysius vertical roller mill of grinding processing characteristics, and the result has directive significance to the real condition of production. Summarizing the application characteristic of the model machine both at home and abroad, according to the Grinding mechanism and processing technology, the thesis designs a model machine, which can carry on experimental analysis about the mechanism of grinding and the grinding characteristics of column form roller, conic roller, drum form roller, and have established better foundation for follow-up research.
